The burger was adequate but the bun was definitely stale. This was true for both my bun and my friend. Such a simple thing to correct.Atmosphere was kind of dreary and lifeless. Zero energy from the staff. Just going through the motions.

This is my second time at this location and their chicken strips are always tasty. Their fries aren't great, but they are fries. I appreciate a company called Stout actually has a few stout beers on tap or in the can. I love a delicious dark beer and it's nice to have one so close to campus. As for the restaurant, it's always clean and the staff is always super friendly. I will return to this location again. Great meal.

I was here for game day so things can be a little more hectic but this place was not anything special.When you walk in the doors make a siren level screech, desperately in need of WD-40. This was the ambiance the entire time there as people were coming and going constantly.The burgers were ok, nothing special.The fries were hard and over cooked.They charge you $1 for a small side of sauce.Just not worth the money or time, would have gladly ate elsewhere. Staff was nice though!

French fries look and taste like real fries, and with their cheese sauce fires taste even better!IEverything is clean, neat, free soft drink refills, lots of college people passing by, maybe some tourists too, overall a great atmosphere.A little bit on the pricey side, but we'll worth it.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian burger options.

This was a good spot on campus to eat, I didn’t take a picture of are lunch but is was delicious for sure.
Nice staff. Good food. Clean inside and out. Service was slow but probably since they make everything to order. Stout burger was tasty. Good combo of flavors. Sweet potato fries were solid. Crispy outside and soft inside. I don't remember what others ordered but they seemed to enjoy it. Need to change to calling out numbers when your order is ready...it was hard to understand the names they were saying. I would go back when in the area.

The staff here is so nice! I went on Sunday with a big group, it was a total of 11 of us, and they easily accommodated us with a great attitude. The inside is pretty clean & there is plenty of space to sit at, I would say the music is really loud so I wouldn't say it is a great spot to have conversations with. Since this is in the USC village, I would go eat outside, there is plenty of seats there and you can enjoy the beautiful weather socal has to offer. I got a protein style burger, and I was expecting a lettuce wrapped burger. However that is not the case! They give the burger patty in a bed of arugula, I wouldn't get this again. The fries were delicious! This place is okay overall, you're better off grabbing burgers at a small mom & pop joint.
