Ordered a 6 inch club sandwich listed as 7.99 , cashier wouldn't give me a receipt and said prices had changed when I asked why I was being charged close to 10 dollars for the sandwich. Even crazier is they forgot the cheese too.

From a UCLA student: veggies are never fresh and they’re always stingy with the amount, they’ve messed up my order three separate times, they also routinely charge me for sandwiches that cost more than what I ordered. (They have charged me multiple times for a sandwich that had 4 meats when I order my own that only has 2 meats).

I ordered a steak egg and cheese off the breakfast menu (9$), and at first they didn't put on the egg, and then they added double steak without telling me and charged me 17$ even though I never asked for double steak. I might as well have bought a whole second sub... Overcharged by 8$ for something I didn't ask for and forced to pay for it.

I went to get something quick to eat after I picked up my daughter's medications. The service was ok, I paid in cash and here's the trick: the coin dispenser for their change doesn't work supposedly. I got a wrap with a coffee, an astonishing $15.66. My change was $4.44 but the cashier gives me back $4, so I ask "where are the 44 cents?", "oh sorry, the machine doesn't work".

The staff is quite friendly and the sandwiches are very famous, so I don't have much else to say. It's nice that it opens early in the morning.

Not that impressed by this location. Someone in front of me was a vegetarian and they asked the worker to switch gloves after they touched meat and the worker got annoyed.Also, I ordered a cold sandwich and didn't toast it, so it shouldn't be taxed, but they added tac anyways.
