They skimp you on portions compared to other subways big time. Rude service
If you eat here, order online so they can’t charge you at the counter. They will either charge you for multiple items or will add extras to your order to overcharge you. If you ask about it, they say it’s a mistake and that there’s nothing they can do.
They always charge people a random amount of money and it’s always overcharge apparently. There are a lot time when I ordered a tuna and then barely tasted any tuna mousse and it’s just all the veggies in there which is healthy but disappointing. When I request toasted on mobile order it’s 50% just cold. Sometimes the veggies taste weird. The servers are almost always rude. There were so many times when I go pick up my mobile order and the the server doesn’t allow me to get my order just because they don’t know how to pronounce my name and don’t ask me either

This location chronically overcharges people. After looking back at bank statements, I found that I had been overcharged 15 times, by ~7$ each time. I reported this to Subway HQ and ASUCLA, but nothing has been done.
On Reddit, there are countless posts of students being overcharged here. Don’t be a victim, only order through the app!

This subway scams people. I ordered the same sandwich 5 times in a row, and got what I asked for exactly once. They are unfriendly. Now I find out that they overcharge students. They charge for a combo even if you only get a 6 inch. I will never go here again.

This is now the third time I’ve waited in line for over 20 minutes. Had the staff here make a mistake on my sandwich and refuse to fix it. Do not go here idk why I keep forgetting it’s such bad service and inconvenience. Oh and I just realized they charged me for the chips and drink even after I said I didn’t want it and they didn’t give me a cup or the chips. Literally eat anywhere else on campus!

Order in the app for pickup. I got a turkey and ham sandwich, and upon biting into the sandwich I was met with this much meat. Literally one slice of ham and one slice of turkey

Ordered a 6 inch club sandwich listed as 7.99 , cashier wouldn't give me a receipt and said prices had changed when I asked why I was being charged close to 10 dollars for the sandwich. Even crazier is they forgot the cheese too.

From a UCLA student: veggies are never fresh and they’re always stingy with the amount, they’ve messed up my order three separate times, they also routinely charge me for sandwiches that cost more than what I ordered. (They have charged me multiple times for a sandwich that had 4 meats when I order my own that only has 2 meats).
