The place is very clean, very attentive, the workers speak Spanish and English, but there are very few tables and chairs in the place.

Never ever spend your money here. 1st off they don't greet you they just look at you and wait for you to order. All the workers are rude they don't speak English and hold conversations directly in front of you in their native tongue. Upon noticing that they just throw the meat on your salad without chopping it they charge you an extra $2 for turning a 6 inch into a salad. So basically they just charged me $2 extra to REMOVE an item off.(bread) When asked for an explanation on how that works the manager had no clue on how to tell me the correct protocol. Just tried to hurry me out the store. I'm actually surprised that this place is still open judging from all the bad reviews.

Store is supposedly open til 9... showed up at 8:55 at back door but it was locked, went around to front, "open" sign on the door was still lit, door was unlocked, walked in and the lady told us she was closed, i pointed out that we still had a few minutes but she said she had cleaned up and had to leave by 9. I understand wanting to go home, but listing a closing time, having the "open" light on and an unlocked door then refusing service before that closing time now wastes my time as i pull over and park and walk around the building for nothing. Just felt like that's a bit disrespectful.

As an non American visiting Los Angeles it’s interesting to see the fine cuisine this land has to offer and I was quite surprised by the vats arrays of meat and bread as well as fatty sauces. The sandwich artist was quite a character and one gentleman there seemed to be pretty upset since he was screaming out loud something. I tipped as recommend here in the states but there seems that there was an extra tip also outside of the restaurant. A fellow whom must have worked at the establishment walked up to me and asked for my money he was holding one of the bread cutting knife so he must of been in a real hurry. While I had tipped the standard 15% he asked for the additional money must mean that I got something wrong and he took all my cash out of my hands which means it wa more than 300% in top that I had not been told was the normal but I happily complied as it was a mistake on my end. Love to see what the states have more to offer but it’s very expensive with the tipping!

I'm not sure why the reviews are bad. I had one of the best assembled sandwich here today. Pretty clean and organized. Wish this location and staff was near where I lived. I'll def have to come back whenever I'm in the area. The staff was polite and friendly and working together

On June 19, 2022, i brought a foot long meat ball sandwitch for my daughter and my daughter was throwing up and had severe diarrhea and i was in shock because subway has always been good with there sanitation and i was going to call the health department to report this to the health.department. My daughter suffered from eating at that subway for a whole week...i stopped going to subway because i do not want food.poisoning because thats what it is after you eat and suffer from stomach pain...Be careful out there buying from subway....i go home and cook my food after that incident.from subway...

Half the time I go, this Subway is either closed 50 minutes early, their toaster isn't working, or they are out of bread. Ridiculous, but it's the closest one to my house so I keep coming.

I would give negative stars....Manager Chris (who wears a silver bracelet and gold hoop earrings in each ear) is beyond rude. I order a sandwich and this clown thought it was a good idea the spread the mayonnaise with his finger instead of using a store provided knife. When I questioned him why he is using his finger to spread mayonnaise on my sandwich, he complained and told me : "GO HOME AND MAKE YOUR OWN SANDWICH!" I was in complete shock. I asked if he was okay and then he goes on to say in a yelling voice: "**** You! You are a stupid idiot! Go home and make your own sandwich." I did not curse or raise my voice. This guy has no business being a store manager and forgot all about customer service. Chris was acting in a manner that was trying to incite a physical altercation. I felt very threatened and will make it a point to never return to this location until something is done about this. Chris said all of this in front of customers and children. His behavior was totally unacceptable. I was getting this sandwich for a senior citizen and usually patron this restaurant every week with the same order.
