I was struggling to use the app for the special promotion offered and when I got to the store the manager was able to accommodate my needs and request. He was so helpful and very understanding to my struggles. I recommend this location for offering promotions which not all locations do and not all are as accommodating. This past year they hired new Indian workers and the service is terrible my sandwich are always wrong and if they are doing something they don’t come and help the customers even with a big line ever other employees drop whatever they are doing and help right away I no longer come any more it’s not worth the hassle with other food options around it

I went to eat at this place and the man who helped me had a very terrible attitude. In addition, I had to grab soda and the ice was too dirty. My recommendation is that you do not drink soda in this place, you may get some type of bacteria, and you have to improve customer service, like if you ask them for things

Very Depressing. I ate in their dining area. It clearly says online they close at 11:00pm. At 10:30pm, with only three bites left of my footlong, the manager ordered me to leave. I had in the past been a regular almost daily customer. The manager insulted me, telling me I always took three hours to eat. (I'm now 70 and don't have all my teeth.). I will never go to this place ever again. There are many other choices where I can go to eat. I would go there to eat and relax, not to be insulted and abused.
