The girls were nice and the sandwich was good but like one of the reviews from before I'm giving it a 3 because the restroom is only for employees. Me and my coworkers went there for lunch today we all sent about $17-20 each. We sat inside for about an hour eating and before we left myself and one coworker needed to use the restroom and was DENIED! I just want to say SHAME on Subway for not offering a restroom for paying customers, especially if you offer indoor sitting. I am diabetic and I want to "Eat Fresh" but sometimes I do need to the rest room I mean even to wash my hands so I can pick up the sandwich. This is rude to all . What if I would've had an accident on myself ? Who would've cleaned the floors ? The employees would have been left with that task. Because now I'm embarrassed and have to leave. All for not allowing someone who is a paying customer that didn't cause any problems use a rest room that is literally there next to the counter. And I also will add that there's no sign that states no public restrooms or at least any that are visible because I looked. This makes no sense. Count your days Subway !

Very mixed experience in this brand of the subway restaurant chain, located on Wilshire Boulevard in Koreatown. The place doesn't look like much but is rather cozy, although quite simple. Big problem with the staff, the waitress having taken care of us not understanding what is asked of her and making sandwiches which do not correspond at all to the desired ingredients. She is also not very helpful to customers who are not very familiar with how this brand works. As said previously, the sandwiches did not correspond to what had been requested and contained only salad and tomatoes. Since we took takeaway, we only realized it once we got home, so it was impossible to exchange. The prices are therefore much too high considering the quality of the products and the service which is really disappointing. The cookie was, for its part, excellent even if very quickly disgusting because it was very greasy when it was still hot. Very disappointed so not this experience.

Terrible service, I went shopping, I was served by a woman with fair hair who treated me badly ? instead of telling me what types of bread or condiments they had for me to add, Nomas stayed silent, she couldn't recommend anything for people who are new, they should be kinder ???

A reliable and great value option for quick meals. Fresh and tasty.
Great location, was greeted with a hello and were very quickly in serving the customers. Only reason I rated it a 4 star is because there aren’t public restrooms here, don’t offer fountain water, and lettuce was pretty dry.
Parking: Parking is difficult to find here, but cars here come and go. Maybe after a few roundabouts you’ll find a parking right at the front.

Why do they offer Curbside pickup if they don't want to go to the trouble of taking your order? I have 3 children in the car, it's difficult to go, so I order online and have delivery to my car, but these ladies never attended to me and besides, they just look at you with a bad face. Instead of greeting you, and the order has nothing to do with everything poorly prepared, ?
Food was sloppy and a mess. Sandwich was falling apart and way too much meat. Bowl had almost no vegetables and the bowl was half empty. Would not recommend this location. Telling that they didn't have a way to review on app nor on the receipt. Avoid this location!

The customer service is terrible and when the unit administrator assists you; My wife wanted to wash her hands with water and they denied her entry to the bathroom. I am a customer three times a week and honestly I will not return to this place, their customer service is terrible.??
