Food services good. But they don't have a public bathroom. They sell you frozen drinks and they don't have a bathroom, it makes no sense.

I went to eat here after maybe 10 years of not eating Subway. I was pretty surprised by the meat quality compared to 10 years ago. I ordered the Mexicali sandwich, I was however, surprised at the $7.99 price for a 6" Sub by itself. The sandwich was good for sure, but the price was a bit high for a 6". I will come back for sure to check out their other new offerings.

I'm doing a popup... the delivery guy was nice.... But whom ever prepared my order didn't even cut my sandwich... for gods sake it's a footling I ordered‍... no napkins... Like WTF!!!

The old lady manager working there did not want to take my money saying I had FAKE ONE DOLLAR bills I would understand a 20$ or $100 . I switched the 1$ bills and she wanna say the same thing . Her customer service was BAD she was doing paper work on the register not once said hi once the other nice young girl worker finished making my sandwich This was around 5pm rewatch the camera retrain her on her customer service she got 8hrs to do her paper work .

I've been coming to this subway for months & like the other workers but The older short lady that is there in the early morning is so rude. everything you request for her to do she gets annoyed & she even gets MORE annoyed if you don't understand what she's telling you. I've tried speaking to her in Spanish cause it's my native language & have seen her speak in Spanish to other customers but refuses to not speak to me in Spanish so here we are struggling to communicate in English lol it's ridiculous. The food is good but service is terrible, I would say go after 9am when the other coworker comes in as she's actually nice!

Kudos to whoever was working this Sunday morning. She was super kind, my sandwiches ended up cute and not sloppy/all over the place, and she wrapped them well. She was really awesome. Thank you!

Worst service ever. Made me wait 30 mins for service. They had another person working but they ignored me until someone else came and they helped them. Never come here, a lot of discrimination.

Malibu Racoon (Mali)

This is the worse location I've ever been to, they wouldn't let me use my coupon on the footlong I always order with it. I noticed they didn't let anyone before me order what they wanted with that coupon either even though they didn't order any of the excluded items, I've been to several other locations that allows me to use that exact coupon so I walked out and went to another location. I should have asked to speak to the manager, the reviews were true, this location has horrible customer service. In addition the coupon stated some excluded items, none of which is what I was ordering. Horrible first time experience here.
