I had a terrible experience at this subway I was making my order when I kindly the lady at serving if it was possible to use the restroom since I was a customer and the restroomm was literally next to me. But they refused to let me use the bathroom, and I had an emergency. I mainly wanted to wash my hands so that I could enjoy my lunch, but the lady was rude and just laughed at me, I did call the la county department of health because that was not nice.
Very kind lady serving me today named Jay. I was grateful with how positive and energetic her attitude was.

The lady working there got mad at me for coming in at 12:30 when they close at 1. I'm sorry but then close at 12:30 if you don't want customers coming in late. It's not like I came 5 minutes before closing. Girl, don't put your attitude onto me, it was an uncomfortable experience and just annoying. She actually looked at her watch and said to me "do you know what time it is" I was thinking yeah it's 12:30 and you are open till 1 right? And she then said "and we are open till what time?" I give it two stars only because the food was fine.

We went after a show at the Hollywood bowl and were very hungry! Mary and staff were a bit busy and were fast and personal and got our food to us very quickly! Thank you so much Mary!

Manager lady (Mexican) don't know her name? What AN ATTITUDE problem she is. Been coming weekly for years. She has such a bad disposition. EXTREMELY ARROGANT and COLD DIMEANOR. Issue with the pay machine, she in a VERY HARSH attitude.......NO I CANT GIVE TO YOU WITHOUT MONEY!!------Montha ago the same thing happened, she gave to me with a bad attitude and I came back a week later when the machine was working and paid for what I took ....This time it's NO NO!!.....But I spend $20 weekly for two yrs straight. Angelica is the only educated person there. She always takes care of me....I will NOT be going there anymore. The guy who been working there has been overcharging me as well. I even helped throw out a homeless guy there once. Its a BAD BAD vibe with those two employees. You should make Angelica the mngr and fine two others employees to help out.
