The granola here is delicious

Bad experience. I ordered the Buddha Bowl with no almond granola topping and no chocolate/Nutella. I'm allergic to almonds and I asked the employee at the register if they could make it with no almonds and she said that was fine. When I got my bowl, it had almonds and chocolate on top. By the time I picked off all of the almonds and chocolate I had half a bowl left. Not to mention, I spent $20 on this one bowl. Disappointing. I will not be returning.

Super cute and really delicious açaí bowls! They really pack in the fruit and it's very aesthetically pleasing (best instagram worthy). The staff were super friendly and patient when I was deciding on what to order. They have a lot of other things to offer in the store: juices, merch, snacks, ice rollers, etc. Its right in the middle of USC village so super convenient. The table outside is specifically reserved for Sun Life costumers which is nice since finding a table can be difficult especially during peak times. They also validate your parking if you parked in the garage that's below Target & Trader Joe's. The only thing is that's it's quite pricey (I know this is not up to the employees so I'm not blaming them at all) but definitely a good treat every now and then.

I came here for a smoothie during lunchtime because I work in the area and a smoothie sounded light/refreshing in this heat. I opted for the athlete and was not disappointed by its flavor. Even the price was reasonable (and by reasonable, I mean by LA standards). My only complaint is the service. I ordered online to shortcut my waiting period. When I got there, I informed the staff I had ordered online, gave them my name, and was told that it would be coming right up. I proceeded to wait, meanwhile hearing the staff call out names for other orders. After a long period of waiting, I went up to the counter to check in because I had noticed the staff putting some of the prepared orders into a fridge below the counter without calling out the names for those orders. As I stood at the counter, multiple staff members avoided eye contact and did not acknowledge my presence (not even a "we will be with you in a minute"). When someone finally spoke to me, I explained (again) that I had placed an online order and was just checking on the status. The person then pulled it out of the fridge. It seems to be a bit disorganized that there was no communication between staff members or any awareness of online order customers who had arrived and further, that they didn't try calling out the names for those orders at least once before storing it. I ended up waiting longer for my online order than I would have waited had I just placed my order in person. Despite this disappointing experience, I'll probably be back because the smoothie was really good and I am curious to try their other offerings. I'll likely just plan on the experience taking longer.

I was on campus and craving something refreshing. Elijah was so nice and helpful! I got an açaí bowl and it was so yummy. Service was super quick and there were plenty of seating. I will for sure be back!

Got the bliss bowl and they took a really long time getting it to me, someone ordered after me and got their order before me. They were closing around 5 pm and I had entered at 4:49 and the guy working was super nice and added blueberries as a topping free of charge. They ultimately forgot to add bananas in my bowl, and I went back to ask and they threw on the bananas but they said it was mixed in at the bottom but I didn’t see it. Anyways the customer service (personality) of the workers were good but just the presentation of the bowl was a little less satisfying. But it’s a cute location with cute clothes and other items that they sell. It is pretty pricey for an acai bowl though, but it tastes really good and I think sunlife is the best place to get acai bowls or if you’re craving something sweet. Flavor and food is 5 stars but service at the locations can bring the overall rating down.

I really enjoyed the açaí bowl that I got at Sunlife Organics. It was the best thing to beat the heat in LA right now. Sunlife Organics is located in the USC village and they specialize in providing healthy food options like bowls and smoothies. Their menu is pretty extensive and I think it is the perfect option if you're trying to eat on the healthy side. The service was great and ordering was really easy.I got the Brazilian bowl which came out to be about $17 because I added almond butter to it. The price is pretty hefty, so I don't think I would treat myself to this often. The base of the bowl was a bit watery, and it completely melted in about a minute being outside. I really enjoy the fact that you're able to customize the bowl and add preferred toppings. The overall flavor of the bowl was great and I liked how I was able to see them make it. There's also plenty of seating in and outside the area. A good choice if you're looking for something refreshing to eat at USC Village.

Came here during lunch hour since Dolce was so damn packed and was indecisive about what to get. Elijah was so kind and helpful to explain to me what was in the Yogi due to me just asking about the first special I saw. I also added in a special energy shot booster. I was originally going to just drink it as a shot since that's how it was sold. However, Elijah strongly recommended I mix it in my smoothie knowing that I'd need a chaser after it. Amazing non-pressure experience. I'd highly come back!

Sunlife Organics deserves recognition for its delicious acai bowls and impressive selection of toppings. I particularly enjoyed their pitaya bowls, which offered a refreshing and vibrant flavor profile. The bowls were beautifully presented and made with high-quality ingredients, leaving me satisfied with each bite. However, it's worth noting that Sunlife Organics falls short in terms of affordability. The prices for their acai bowls are noticeably higher compared to other nearby options. While the taste and quality are commendable, it becomes challenging to justify the higher cost when there are equally satisfying acai bowl alternatives available in the area. That being said, if budget is not a primary concern and you're looking for a well-crafted acai bowl experience, Sunlife Organics is definitely worth a visit. The flavors, freshness, and variety of toppings make for a delightful treat. But if you're seeking a more budget-friendly option without compromising on taste, exploring the other nearby acai bowl establishments might be a more practical choice.

Sunlife Organics is nestled in a brick-lined, cozy corner of the USC Village. Beaming with a sign toting a hot pink lotus, and vibrant green lettering adorning its archway, this healthy eatery offers an array of vegan and gluten-free options for patrons at the University of Southern California. The servers greet customers with smiles, the wait time for items is a bit longer due to the preparation and care for each item, and the rarity of the preparations offered, such as aahwahanda and spirulina infused delicacies, boasts a matching high price tag. I purchased the mystic, which was delightful for the palette, a bottle of alkaline rose water, and a granola bar. For light, healthy convenient snacking, you should "be here now" and check this nutritional oasis out.
