So this is a new concept that just opened in Century City mall. In a sea of overpriced, watered down, “elevated mall” fare, this place is a revelation. The quality of Momofuku, in an accessible environment. Simon and Justin, the bartenders, are delightful and extremely competent. Every dish we ordered, including sides, was a flavor explosion. As much as I hate going to the mall, we can’t wait to come back here.

We were looking forward to eating here and brought our friend visiting LA for AFM. My partner and I ordered individual quinoa salads and wanted to split a salon filet. (I’m in cancer recovery so I watch my portions.) Waiter made a mistake and only brought one salad and then the smallest two squares of salmon I’ve seen in my life. He literally served my partner the tiny square as if that were a sane meal. When I ordered a tea, server quickly told me there are no refills which...
