Love the custom bowl options here — Natalie’s customer service is so amazing, she’s so thoughtful and attentive to detail ! She noticed I was vegan and kindly changed her cloves so as not to have cross-contamination with the chicken, and even let me know that the sliced bread they offer is not vegan. She’s the best !

Walked into this location completely unfamiliar with Sweetgreen as I have never eaten here before.

Greeted and welcomed by Nathan and he was INCREDIBLE! Such a kind, friendly and easy person to speak with. Answered all of my questions and walked me through the process without any problem!

Used to be a reliable lunch spot in Century City, but now the staff seem highly unprepared for the lunch rush. Service is slow, online orders are delayed and wrong. It’s a mess there, I highly recommend to save your frustrations and go elsewhere for lunch until they resolve.

Great food, unfortunately unprofessional staff at this location. Like walking in on a bunch of teenagers messing around. I’m all for fun and joking around but maybe tone it down when guests are inside otherwise it feels a bit disrespectful.

Leaving this review solely off customer service. Today was the second time our order was cancelled with no explanation from sweetgreen via uber eats. Our company spends $400 bi-weekly with this restaurant and will no longer be doing so as they are unreliable. Today's order was attempted at 10:30am, no way they were too busy to fulfill it at that time.

asked for medium dressing and they drowned my salad in dressing. i spent $20 on a salad plus tip only for it to have an overwhelming amount of dressing and i found a hair in it.
