These guys suck, truly. You’ll either wait ten minutes in line to begin your order, or you can order online and hope to god you get a good salad. If you order online, you will either get the smallest portion known to man or maybe just enough. If you go in person, they might give you the appropriate portion.
Often my meal pick up is cold or greens are wilted, although my orders never sit for more than five minutes after the completed notification. Today, however, was a tipping point. I came to pick up my salad and it felt so light and empty but I didn’t think much of it. I get to my place and see that the damn terrible staff couldn’t even fill my salad to halfway. The protein plates.. packaged in a more shallow bowl… contains wayyyy more than I got in this order. I am paying a LOT for a salad to eat as a MEAL, I am not paying to eat a SNACK.
How does a sweetgreen suck this bad? Are the staff getting lazy? Is there no pride in the work that the staff performs here? There’s a lot to work on Sweetgreen manager and you’d be better off starting that work now. Sooooo bad.
DO NOT go here as the one on grand is way better. Heed the warnings made by others in their reviews.

They prioritize take out over walk in customers. Expect MANY workers to be around and hope that one of them sees you and wants to help you out.

I ordered online from Ubereats today and as I was eating and mixing the salad bowl, a giant moth from underneath the vegetable flew underneath the bowl. This is traumatizing and insane.
