Extremely rude older lady denied restrooms saying it’s for customers only and when I told her I am a customer I’m bought food in the drive through she said they didn’t work to go to different location out side to different food places across the street

This place is always dirty, soda machine soda never taste right , long lines slow service , the manager or guy with the crooked teeth needs more training I asked for sauce and he acted like I was trying to rob him he was very upset I’ve eaten here since the place opened in the late 90s at least once a week but service has been on the decline every year I won’t be back

Males restroom is locked. Female employee walks out and says the bathroom is closed. She had no cleaning supplies. Working the drive thur. So she can use the males bathroom. But a paying customer who just finished his meal. Is not allowed to wash my hands and or use the restroom. The restaurants hand sanitizers are empty. App order took longer than other taco bell locations. Food was normal.... After waited I asked the employees if the restroom are open. Done with cleaning. They told me the bathrooms are broken and they are waiting for plumber. I said both of them male and female, she said there connected. May, 28th between 1:10pm - 1:55pm
The Male worker that works the night shift has constantly lies and says that their machine stopped working at 11:30 so that they don’t have to serve people anymore until 12 PM. The woman was literally taking my order and she then proceeded to go quiet just for a man to answer and say that the machines are no longer working. Keep in mind this has happened three times in the last couple of times I’ve come!! What these people are doing is their closing early so that they don’t have to take orders and lying about the machines going out I quickly went to the nearby other Taco Bell, which actually had hot food and surprisingly their machines were working… this Taco Bell definitely needs to be internally investigated. Taco Bell is run by a bunch of unprofessional low effort workers. Keep in mind they’re losing money for you every day because they’re literally sitting here closing early and trying to justify it. Wasting Customer’s time, gas and money because they don’t wanna service them ….I’ll be writing to corporate as well because it’s getting ridiculous every time I come there at night all of a sudden their machine isn’t working, please Get real….

I had the worst experience at this Taco Bell. The associate did not know how to work Apple Pay through the Drive Thru & instead of asking for assistance or asking me to come in, he was extremely rude and condescending. He also snapped at me for adding one drink at the window. I left without my food.
