The cashiers are so rude! You wait in line for 20-30 mins, then you still get ice cold food. When you ask them to give you fresh food, you’re told they can’t remake it. You ask for a refund, you’re told to go through the app. I ask for a manager, then they offer to remake it.
I can assure you I will never give Taco Bell my money again.
The area is a little rough so be aware of your surroundings but the food here is made fresh and I really enjoyed my Mexican pizza and two tacos, they were made with care.

One of the male staff members while asking for some salsa packets threw the packets inside the guard window and then walked away while I was talking to him. Subsequently, he did the same act to another woman in line that was asking for a straw for her drink. He turned his back on her as well.
Customer staff informed me that due to the lack of staff they “have no time to listen to customers” when they request anything after they put in their order, ex. Salsa, extra food, napkins. Avoid eating inside this establishment, they were upfront and told me that they’re too busy to talk to customers. This is THE WORST customer service I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant ever. Congratulations.

I will be reporting the Hispanic lady in the Drive-Thru because she was trying to hold on to my debit card trying to act like she gave it to me I have problems with her before and they need to run a check on this Taco Bell because it seems really sketchy
