Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a taco and was told they couldn’t accept a $100 bill because they had no change. If a fast-food restaurant can’t handle basic cash transactions, they shouldn’t be in business. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

They smashed up my Mexican pizza and there was hardly any nacho cheese on the nachos, also I asked for easy beans on 2 it's but they put GLOBS of beans, so basically you're paying for someone to not care HOW you ask for your order

The minute I walked in everything seemed fine. However, the menu is unclear to read unless you order on one of the kiosks. The employees were careless and I didn’t feel welcomed into the restaurant. Also the food was really expensive for no reason. The only good thing was the chicken crunch wrap supreme which was alright. I lost my appetite after eating the 3 taco loco combo though, the chicken was soggy, the smell was unbearable and it didn’t really taste pleasant. This made me completely lose my appetite and I had no desire to eat anymore after this. I’m also upset about the fact that I had to pay extra simply because I wanted chicken instead of beef. The worst part is I ordered a so called “Mexican Pizza”, when I got it, it was just 2 tortillas with toppings on top because like i said I don’t eat beef. I think that they should improve their food quality . Not to mention their food was cold when I received my order. With all due respect, this Taco Bell should consider making some changes on how they do things.

It was my first time in Taco Bell and everything looked good. It was a small space with about 4 tables. I ordered and the food took about 7 minutes arrive and the food looked good. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, some nacho fries for me, my mom and sister ordered a Mexican pizza and a taco, and my other sister ordered a dorito taco. I got my food and it was really good. The only downside is that I ordered easy lettuce and it still had a lot of lettuce. My mom said the Mexican pizza wasn’t even good and the taco was 90% with barely any chicken. The chicken was also not that good and it was soggy. Over all it was decent but the food wasn’t that good.

No Uniform & No Name tag

Employee Brendon refused to serve me without cause, had to cancel my orders, threatened me for recording, and mocked me while I called LAPD Operator while having them on the call.

Makes me go to the driveway to pick up a order then again tells me to come inside to pick it up on previous orders. And laughs while discriminating. Never expected this behavior. Incidents from previous orders

As with all fast food services, it’s “hit or miss.” It would be great to receive what you accurately ordered. While you do receive a detailed and itemized receipt, it’s as if there is a disconnect with that item and whomever is preparing the food. Check your food for accuracy before you leave.
