Thai Ocean is a family-run restaurant with delicious pad se ew and jasmine tea. They also serve an okay orange chicken. The prices are very cheap and they are open late. The friendly staff, including a young English-speaking teenager and a sweet grandmother waitress, surprised customers with fried plantains. The menu includes fantastic 7 Mares seafood soup. Parking can be a bit difficult, with compact and metered street parking available. Despite some noise from other diners, it's a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends and family.
