Tacos Tamix Mexican food truck

I’ve been meaning to write this review for the LONGEST time, but every time my girlfriend and I come here, the food is so good that we completely forget to do it! This place is a total staple for us. What I love most is the consistency—no matter which location we go to, the food is always delicious and high quality. We honestly struggle to pick what we want because there are so many great selections on the menu (we always need a good minute to decide!). The staff is super nice, the drink prices are really reasonable for the size you get, and the self-serve condiment station is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a spot that never misses, this is it.

Street truck Mexican food but not very authentic- fast a good quality at a reasonable price - but the chicken burrito tasted more like Chinese food (chicken fried rice)

Al pastor tacos are amazing.
Carne asada quite delicious as well. Salsas pretty good. Red is smoky and spicy. I can't describe the green salsa since I don't use that one often enough.
Atmossphere no rating because irrelevant essentially. Taco trucks are about the food. But where truck is parked is safe enough.

Tried the gringa for the first time and loved it! The meat was juicy, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the ham and pineapple combination was amazing. Everything was full of flavor. Highly recommend this food truck!

Super mid…

I asked for tacos dorado and they just simply burned the tortilla. Their Mulita was a quesadilla! This was the most underwhelming taco truck. Never again!!!

I’m DONE with this place I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and it keeps getting WORSE AND WORSE. This is the 100th time I’ve asked NO GUACAMOLE NO AVOCADO and say I AM ALLERGIC and they put it in anyway and now I’m sick in bed. Why is this taco truck even open if you arrive at 12am and they say 80% of the menu is no longer available? That’s the whole point of taco trucks to be open late! service that doesn’t listen to you, and menu of lies when you can’t order any of it! Move your truck and let a better one come, you have lost my 5-10 years of business and i will NEVER be returning

Best taco truck in the area but limited menu. 2$ carne tacos. All the fixing out for self service. The bean and cheese burrito is 10$ which is ridiculous! Absolutely ridiculous but with 2$ tacos it’s ok.
