Takao is a great local spot for high quality fish! A bit on the pricey side, but worth it for great sushi! Their spicy tuna crispy rice is some of the best I’ve had and their handrolls are phenomenal. Their specials are always fresh, I recommend getting those too!
I went to Takao every time I visited Los Angeles. Place is busy, however, service is still good. Omakase have 3 prices, $100, $150 or $200. I picked $150 version. Is a lot of food, loved sitting at the sushi bar.
Good food Amazing serviceThe servers are very nice and really care about customers. Will be definitely back.The price was high for the ambiance but the food was really good so we didn't mind it.
