This may be the best food truck in LA. Incredible quality and value. Would give Takuma 10 stars if I could. The okinamiyaki burrito is one of the most original meals I’ve had in LA and so delicious. The chicken sandwich comes with two massive cutlets that are perfectly fried and moist. I’ve also had the churros and they were incredible. Please keep coming back to Playa Vista!

The best burger I have had in my life!! Every component of the food was perfectly balanced. Takuma is truly an incredible chef. It was a fancy restaurant quality! I will keep going back and try every item on the menu. And again, and again. When you bite into his food, your body is happy!!! Food with love and care.

Go for the combo! Takuma Burger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and healthy with farm fresh tomato, arugula and his special sauce. I can’t wait to go back and try other items. Chef Takuma is very friendly as well. Check out the review on Rockstar Eater on YouTube
