The steak was mostly fat hard to chew and had no taste. The kimchi stew was terrible & very sweet.I've been to a lot of korean steak house restaurants and this is definitely one of the worse ones I been too.Only thing that I liked was the kimchi fried rice and the regular rice but I Not recommend this place if you want really good quality steak.
Service is not good either.

Great quality of beef. Got the short ribs and a lettuce salad with rice, rice paper and standard veggies. It looks very plain but was pretty tasty.

The female bathroom was dirty, though.

There is only valet parking and surrounding area is sketch. Food was very mediocre. We were there on a Saturday night and they barely had any customers. Speaks volumes as to why it’s not worth the drive to go here. I would stick with the higher ranked k bbq in the area.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. They will charge 33$ per kid. japchae is not even available for them to eat. The only noodle dish was spicy so our kids ended up eating boiled bagged ramen. And we paid 33$ for this. Nothing about this place is kid friendly.

It‘s outrageous and ridiculous.
The fire was so big that the hot oil splashed into my friend‘s eyes. They just apologized and did not offer any compensation plan. Even after the oil had splashed on my friend’s eyes, the fire kept coming out of the bottom of the pot. A waitress didn‘t do the most basic thing to turn off the stove, but let the fire continue to burn. Never come back! Stupid service!

Dinner started out good. Our server was pleasant and attentive. He kept attending to our grill. Then came the bulgogi. It looked off to begin with. I've have many bulgogis in the past and it didn't look like this. The color was different. As it was on grill, we noticed something in the meat. It was a maggot!!! We told our server, who then called over other servers to look at it. Long story short, our server gave a simple apology and that was it. They made it seem like it was just nothing, didn't even offer to comp a meal. When the check came, we asked if they wouldn't even offer anything to compensate for the incident and this other server who came with the check pretended like he didn't know what we were talking about. Wow. We're not talking about finding a piece of hair. It was a maggot!! So to just pretend like it was nothing makes me wonder about how sanitary and safe this place keeps their food. The manager finally came, said she wasn't aware of what happened. She said she was told we had something in our food. I said it wasn't just something, it was a maggot. She agreed to give 10% off. LOL That's all you can get out of them after being served maggot. How insulting?! Any other restaurants would have automatically comped the meal. The manager would have come out immediately to apologize but not here. This says a lot about how they value customers. Such customer service is absolutely appalling. The health department should look into them.

Love this hidden gem in Ktown! Delicious food and incredibly affordable for the large servings too. Valet parking available or paid street parking (if you can find one) but because this is a popular spot, I highly recommend valet. Also, make reservations ahead of time to gauge your wait time. The FOOD ? is worth the wait! Great for large and small groups and date night too!

Solid spread of meat and quality is generally good, with marinated galbi being a hit, ditto for the brisket. Beef tongue was superb but portions were small. Staff spend a lot of time cooking for you, which is nice if that's your thing, and grill changes were frequent.

Vibe is a bit like a club but too small for that, parking lot is tiny but has a valet, main wrinkle was the kitchen was quite often slow despite the early hour, we had some longer than expected waits for additional orders.

Vegetarian options: Don't come to Korean BBQ for veggie dishes.

Parking: Parking is limited, there's a valet most of the time.

This place was great as far as service ans quality. The meat was beautiful and melted like butter in your mouth. Pricey yes but for everything you get I would highly recommend for a good experience for Korean BBQ. The only thing I wish was that you would get a slight bit more meat for the combo
