Love this place, definitely recommend if you want matcha at 1AM or want to get someone hooked on matcha.
Everything is good.
The drinks had a cool presentation, but the espresso and matcha flavors were weak and overpowered by the thick cream topping.

CAFE UPPER offers a great selection of drinks, food, and dessert with indoor and outdoor seating available. The kimchi fries rice comes in a spinach wrap, surprising but tasty. The strawberry matcha is recommended, and the Tiramisu-Oreo bingsoo is large and delicious to share. Plenty of seating and a good parking lot make it convenient, even for charging phones. A separate kitchen where food is prepared across the main store adds to the experience.
