Vegetarian options: The Vegetable didn’t taste fresh. when I ask them to change my order they said no. I don’t recommend this place. On top of that they have the worst customer service.

Very disappointed about my last order at Ten Ramen. I've been here a few times and have never really had an issue that stands out. Our last order included spicy tuna rolls, California rolls, shrimp fried rice, veggie fried rice, edemame, cheesy corn, Takoyaki, white rice. About have the food either tasted old or burned and had to be tossed out. The sushi was terrible, the rice and the tuna tasted old and got one of us sick! Both of the fried rice orders had a burnt taste to it. When I tried calling I got no answer. I ended up spending over $60 and had to toss over $30 worth of food! I probably won't be going back any time soon. Would not recommend.

I wanted to like it because the guys working there were really nice and it was reasonably priced, but other than the pieces of pork that were cooked well and generous portions, my tonkotsu ramen was bad all around. Broth, noodles, and especially the hard boiled egg. Had never seen a bland hard boiled egg like that in ramen. Always the marinated in something soft boiled

Was finally going to try this spot but it’s was closed so don’t listen to the closing time went there yesterday and they had finish putting chairs up by 1:50am and door was locked and we were ignored fix your open to close hours

First of all, they dont answer the phone call and when i arrive, they only have all ramen and just fried shrimp tempura. Thats it. We drove here like an 1hr+ because its a really good place but now kinda disappointed .
