The reviews are a little harsh. Personally when I went everyone was super kind to me, even if they weren't the fastest and that is super important to me. The food was delicious and really good portions. I would personally come back to try and enjoy again!

The food here is really filling and tasty, and it's a small cozy shop with very nice details. While there is only one person serving food, there are only three tables and a couple of bar seats, so usually not that bad. But overall, a good place to eat comforting food when it isn't too crowded!

The TONKOTSU Ramen is just all right. The broth is thick while the noodles are at the right hardness. The two pork belly slices seem to be oily but the grilled pork is in good taste. What I would say is the environment, especially what in the restroom, is too awful with many flies . Even feel nausea for the previous dinning. Terrible for that!!!
I feel like this place might have new ownership. If anyone knows, please provide details or correct me if I'm wrong. My girlfriend and I have been eating here every now and then since 2017 and have always had a good experience, until last night. The usual guy at the front wasn't there, and it seemed dead for a Friday night after a Laker game. Spanish music was playing and didn't fit with a ramen restaurant. We ordered our usual items... Tonkotsu ramen (Level 2 spice for me which was not the level 2 I'm used to getting while my girlfriend got no spice, pork fried rice, and a spicy tuna roll. The rice on the spicy tuna roll seemed like it had rice that was at least a day old (I'm half Filipino and eat rice often), and the pork fried rice had a funky taste to it after getting halfway through... maybe due to old rice, as well. I still finished both dishes, though. The ramen didn't have the same flavor it used to have, and level 2 spice is usually more spicy than what I received. The meat was good, but the broth isn't what it used to be. I brought both bowls of ramen home for leftovers since my girlfriend didn't want hers anymore, and I'm eating my leftover bowl as I'm typing this. There is little to no added spice flavor in mine, I want to say pretty much none. My girlfriend also mentioned a fly or gnat flying around the sushi as we were eating, and I encountered at least three in the restroom. The restroom is as dirty as it's been for the last 6+ years, but I don't remember there ever being a fly problem. That's probably part of why they earned a "B" health score. I read another review on here about the lack of food safety protocols being followed regarding touching cell phones and trash cans without washing hands before touching food. I worked at Pizza Hut for 7+ years as my first job going back to my junior year in high school, so I know all about food safety standards. Our server was inattentive and never came by to ask how our meal was or if we needed anything. Their prices are still decent, so I'll give them the second star for that. I was going to leave a 15% tip which is my bare minimum and I almost never do it these days, but I felt bad and added an extra buck. I don't know if new ownership, new management, or just new staff is what caused this drastic drop in quality, but it's just not good anymore. My girlfriend and I always looked forward to stopping by here after attending sporting events, concerts, or theatre productions in the area. Them being open so late has also always made it nice. Thanks for the last 6+ years, but we won't be going back.

The food and service was extremely underwhelming. The vibe of the restaurant was extremely strange, they had random Spanish music playing that didn't fit the mood at the time. The server scoffed when he saw the tip we gave him. Paid $3 for extra noodles, and they came hard and solid. The quality of the noodles and broth is very low. Their pork and ribs were delicious tho. Don't recommended, however the price was extremely fair.

This is hands down the BEST ramen restaurant I have EVER been to. When I first found this restaurant, they only had pork/pork broth ramen. They now also offer chicken. I am not necessarily a fan of pork. The only pork I typically eat is bacon. But when I tell you... THIS PORK IS THE BEST PORK I HAVE EVER HAD. Majority of it is not just fat. It actually has some meat to it. I also love the fact that there are spice levels. I believe 1 through 5. The first time I tried the ramen I did get spice level 1 and thought it was pretty spicy (however I don't really like spice like that) Now that I've been coming here religiously, I'm able to handle spice level 2. Prices here are reasonable for the amount you are getting. And the staff are super attentive to their customers. A big ick of mine is when a waiter/waitress does not consistently come around refilling my water glass, but here they are on it! The ambiance is nice. It's a relatively small space, but nice vibes. Great food and great service. 10/10 would recommend and continue to recommend.
