My chicken AND toast were both burnt to a crisp and blacker than burnt. Not just the grill marks, more than half my bread was BLACK . Why would you serve burned food to someone? Disappointing.

Never been to a place that's so consistently inconsistent... Its always a hit or miss and lately its been mostly misses. Only reason I come here is because its relativley healthy. Also their steak always smells funky and their chicken is always dry.

Service and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that the chicken was at room temperature and looked and tasted like it was left out for hours. It could not be cut with a knife, some pieces were even crunchy like when they sat under a warming light for hours. I have eaten at many Tender Greens but this was my first time at this location.

I have been trying to eat healthier, my group decided to eat here, I thought at first I will eat a salad of something of that nature, my surprise was that they have “Pozole Verde” and they even got me lemons, it was delicious and also healthy, I was just missing corn tortillas, but other than that delicious, I chose a green drink that had ginger in it, no extra sugar added, I love it, I will definitely come back again, try it, they also have a big selection of other healthy options, like Tuna or Salmon, you can choose between different choices of vegetables or salads sides, like make your own plate kind of thing.

Fresh and healthy dishes in downtown Los Angeles. The menu is straightforward, the prices are high. The main choices are meat and fish. However, these proteins can also be omitted. The service was quick and professional. The food tasted very good.

I dined in and although there were no other customers my food arrived at my table and it was cold. I took a bite and the sauce from my sandwich tasted as if it had been pre-made and sitting out. I order this meal often, so I know what it's supposed to taste like. I was disappointed with the quality and it seems like this location is always lacking in keeping up with the Tender Greens standards. It's the closest location to me so I go when I'm not in the mood to drive out and craving TG, but it just doesn't hit the spot. :(

This location has really gone downhill from its hey day. I understand sometimes kitchens are short staffed for the day. Or when kitchens forget to order everything and sometimes they gotta make do. I understand other mishaps can happen as well and I'm very patient. I've been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt for over a year now. And every single time has been a disappointment. It doesn't matter if I ordered through door dash, pickup, or ate in the location. There seems to always be something missing. Last time i had to ask for the chimichurri they put on the tuna ( to my understanding thats a standard). This time I asked for 2 crostinis ( didn't get either one ), and my soup wasn't even full. This picture is before I even opened it.
I'm really disappointed in this location and after a year of trial and error, I don't think I will be coming back. What happened here? This place used to be really great!
