The outdoor patio was great—we sat at the bar. Food was delicious—ordered the 6 course tasting menu. One of the courses (the salad) was never delivered to us (didn't notice til after we left), but everything else was good. Service a bit slow—possibly due to the holiday weekend. Love the gin and tonic drinks!!

If you're looking for authentic Italian food, you're coming to the wrong place. The service is absent the majority of the time. I have three different servers come to our table, one out of three was actually good. Everything is very delayed and slow, minimal attention to detail or conversation. When dining out you want have an experience that's enjoyable. That's done so by prompt service, politeness, appropriate conversation and recommendations from your server and finally excellent food. You don't want to made to feel like you are a burden to your server.  the food was definitely lackluster, the drinks are decent, the only thing the restaurant really has going for itself is a pretty skyline and open ambience.

Lunch special $35 for small salad and entree but add $15 if you want Salmon. $10 if you want some other protein choices. $50 for the salmon meal was not worth it. Service was great. Rooftop was nice.

Happiness is found .. in Eataly when you're not in Italy! Terra at the top has the best drinks music and ambience AND amazing food. It's hard to find all of this in one place. Then you can walk downstairs for gelato and coffee while shopping for treats along the way. Love this place.

I love Eataly for its spectacular Italian food — it’s always great. My issue is the pace. We sit down, get drinks within a minute, and are asked about appetizers and entrées right away. On my recent birthday, we ordered drinks and a pizza. Within minutes of the pizza arriving, our server asked for entrée orders. We politely said we’d like a few minutes. Less than five minutes later, we were asked again — and since we declined twice, they then ignored us for 20 minutes. I get it.

When we finally ordered, the entrées came quickly and were delicious as always. After dinner, we asked for a dessert menu but decided to get something downstairs, and our server gave us a guilt trip. Our bill was $130, and we tipped 20%. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want to relax for about an hour when the restaurant isn’t busy.

I had a nice experience dining here and the service was good, but I noticed an issue after the visit. I left an 18% tip when paying, but later saw on my bank statement that I was charged more than what I had approved.

It’s disappointing to find an unauthorized increase in the total. I hope this was just a mistake, but it’s important for customers to be charged accurately and transparently.

Lauren is the best server in the house!! Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She made our experience a 12/10!! Food is fantastic and the views of the hills were amazing!

Had a reservation and they couldn't seat us until like 20-30 minutes after my reservation time! Annoying but overall love this restaurant and come here often, food is fantastic

The food was actually horrible and we left the restaurant hungry. The service was also terrible. It's a shame because I've gone there for lunch before and it was OK but at dinner our experience was incredibly negative all the way around and I would never recommend going there and I will not be going there again.

Did not even get to eat here despite having a 10 pm reservation. As soon as we arrived for our scheduled reservation the hostess immediately blames us for having a 10 pm reservation and asks how we even got it because their kitchen closes at 10 pm. Zero accountability on their part at all. Tells us sorry about it and sends us on our way. Maybe take action and remove all 9:30 and later reservations from OpenTable? Don’t recommend this place for a late night dinner.
