I have to say, so far, my stay at this hotel has been horrible. While this is still a beautiful hotel with lovely, clean rooms, I chose this hotel because I wanted a peaceful location and professional service while I recovered from some serious surgery, before returning to hong kong on 5 August. But this is what I’ve contended with since my arrival:

The environment and service are great. I think I will choose here again next time.
It has been a few years since I stayed here. The construction was still underway at the time. I can't remember the exact dates, but I will always remember the staff members, especially in valet. I live in Indiana and was staying at the hotel while my mom was hospitalized. It got pretty scary and I was at the hotel for about two weeks while going back and forth to the hospital.
