I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala Burrito, a small Samosa with Mango Lassi combo, and a Shahi Paneer Pizza. Everything was delicious, but the burrito was the highlight—the portion was generous with plenty of chicken, making it feel well worth the price

I’m not sure what to say about this place. I’ve been for chai four times, and each time they had to reheat it.
I went a fifth time, and was told they’re all out of chai, even though they had open 10 minutes prior.
I went in on a weekday today for a sit down meal and the door is locked, eventhough online it says they close after 9pm.
I don’t think I’ll be back, and wish them all the best.
Employee don’t let me use restroom, no restroom, no business, I didn’t eat there.
Its not a Frankie more a burrito, not very strong flavorful taste, not very indian.

Changed review to 5 cause they made menu changes. No customization options here, wanted the burrito, however unwrapped and they said they didn’t make it like that...later responded with, you can’t just make the burrito and not wrap it? And was met with the response of no. very concrete thinking without urge to please the customer
Very overpriced for mediocre food. The tikka wrap did not even taste like chicken tikka masala. It has a very sour taste for some reason and overall the food doesn't seem to be fresh but pre made.
Service wasn't good. Asked for a to-go box but the person on the front desk would not give it for some odd reason.
No reason to come here because of the poor food and terrible service.

I been to other locations and I usually been disappointed since they closed other locations. This one is good. I ordered Paneer Burrito which was good. CTM Pizza was okay. The cost is pricey maybe cause if area wise. Overall it’s fine, I think the services can be better. They make you take order on Kiosk which I’ve noticed it froze on customers when they were ordering. They don’t take orders cause they’re short-staffed and busy. Overall it’s good but personally the price is high compared to most. Will I be back, maybe.

Currently I am sitting here at the restaurant and writing this review. Ordered samosa and chai. The good is awesome. The foodTastes really good but the service is unacceptable. The guy with tattoos (probably a Mexican guy) all over himself was very rude. Just asked for an extra sauce and he got really mad. And that kind of behavior is not making us back again.

Ordered this through door dash, the food was slightly disappointing. I had visited this restaurant when they were originally in the gas station! Unfortunately they just have not kept up the same standards. Some stand out items were the chicken rolls wrap, and beef samosas!

Saw a lot of hype from several food bloggers and online reviews about their food. I was visiting and happened to be in the area. So I tried their Frankie Roll, Pizza and a Bowl. All 3 were an utter disappointment to put it mildly. They are nothing like what they should taste. Chicken Tikka masala was super sour and rice was not fully cooked, saag panner was meh - 0 flavour and the color looked weird, and the panner was like car tires - took a bite and didn't want to even try another bite. I don't know if the quality of food was good when they started and it went down the drain now but, as of March 2026, the food was inedible. This is not representative of what indian food should be - Fast Casual or A proper restaurant. I'd not recommend this place.

We drove all the way to this place based on reviews on Yelp...what a dissapointment! We ordered the Tandoori paneer frankie and it was the worst paneer ever! Thick chunks of stale, chewy paneer ...yuck!
It was nothing like an authentic 'frankie' and I should know as I've eaten one in Bombay!

Tried the Frankie's, Chai and Fish Pakora. Fish Pakora was amazing! Well spiced and perfectly crispy. Reminded me of Fried Fish sold in the streets stalls of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Frankie's were decent. The flavours of the different fillings and sauces dint seem cohesive enough like they should for a Frankie. But everything ingredient tasted so so fresh and flavourful. Would go again to try the other ones for sure. Chai was great too, could use a little more ginger but definitely not Americanized.
