It's 5:45 and we're standing outside and it's closed but the sign says open. I knocked to see if we have the wrong time and the girl inside ignored us and eventually just motioned for me to wait? Another guy showed up and was so confused. Go Somewhere else.

The manager Jaqueline is very racist and arrogant
I was standing there waiting for my mobile order for about 10 minutes and she fished making some drinks, then washed some dishes and after that she asked a customer that just came in if she could get him started with his drink , ignoring me all this time, until I asked her for my drink and she answered with a really bad attitude.
I’ve seen her do a lot of things like this, I don’t know how she still works there.

Yikes. Terrible management. The manager, Jaqueline is rude and racist. She couldn’t make my drink blended but she could definitively make the white lady’s drink even though it was much more complex than blending a drink … with ice. Honestly no words other than remove Jaqueline from management. She also didn’t seem to know the drinks. Idk, definitely not returning. Support small local businesses instead!

This location closes way earlier than the store hours posted at the door. actual time it’s supposed to be closed at is 8:30. I arrive 8:10 and they are closing up! With the door locked.. The store hrs are 8:30 not 8 or 8:15! The employees make their own closing hours.

The coffee taste better here, ? ?I come here 1 to 3 times in a week. Me and my coworkers enjoy the coffee and pastries. They have substitutes for sugar. Ericson ( I think thats him name dont quote me) helped me pick a sugarless drink option for my coworkers. Thank you.

Staff and food great; however, the place is dirty. All the tables are sticky and the seats have trash on them. The floor has trash on it. This place needs an overhaul.

It’s quiet here. And there’s usually no people. I really appreciate being able to live near here these days. And I get to go to Buddhism just down the street. I’m living a dream life. Thanks for reading this. (Oh and btw… I punched the button for Best Coffee only because Starbucks sucks. But actually Dutch Bros is the best coffee. ☕️ LOL)
