The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

The cashier girl was unpleasant. Absolutely disgusting and inedible avocado toast (too much lemon, avocado was very hard), ended up throwing it out. The boba here is horrible. One of the worst I’ve had, it ruined the whole drink. Luckily, the server was great to me and was able to pour the boba out.

Order wrong, I ordered Doordash the Overnight Oats and Cereal (generous portion) too and got the small chia pudding, which has completely different nutritional profile. (More sugar, less fiber, protein, etc.) If your out of stock at least tell the Dasher so customer can make a change. Don't just do something to piss people off. Also the oatmilk in my latte taste like soap. I suspect they didn't use oatmilk but whole or skim.

I came out of convenience but I'll start going to the local coffee shops nearby instead, better coffee and service. One employee seemed more interested in his conversation about weed. When he took my order he got it wrong both times, I wanted an iced latte and a large black cold brew. He gave me a hot coffee and after I corrected him he gave me an iced coffee instead. Gave me a blank look when I told him that was wrong and went to the register. Thankfully the third time the other barista gave me my correct drinks.

On Wednesday. May. 2020 between 9:50 am 10:00 am my Mother 60 yesrs old wanted some tea she paid and forgo her wallet on the side of the cashier she sit’s dowm chashier acts nervous starts sweeping with the broom
My mom said i was clean that why was she sweeping and look over the cashier and notice her wallet was wide open and her cash was misdong 150.00 she had worked for
She asked for help one of the cashiers said he couldnt help and treat her bad no tipe of help the lady didnt want to give her the name they acted very guilty suspicious and said that there was no manager and the manager was on Friday and I went to go check on Friday. There was no manager there so please anyone that can give this information to the manager so those employees get a look at.

The Peppermint Mocha Cold Brew with a splash of oat milk made my shoulders do a little jiggle dance. So good!

Poor grade coffee brewers. They don’t drink it nor do they seem to like it. Could be a lot better but no one seems to care. Staff friendly but not coffee savvy.
Recently went again since I shop in the super there. A crafted latte that was the worst ever. Just get a tea bag. You know what you get!

Rude and mean. They made our drinks wrong and told us "better luck next time" when we asked them to fix it. Other shops deserve your business more.
