Chill place to head to before or after visiting the tar pits. I said please and @pouredfavor can I have a lightly sweetened iced tea with 20 calories in it? They said to me yes and sí. Very delicious

I ordered toast, asked that they not add garlic or onion, in the end they added everything I didn't want, it's just awful, this is my last time going to this chain, I don't recommend it at all, the employees don't understand what you want, they say yes, we'll do it the way you want, in the end they add everything you don't want, people are just used to cooking patterns and that's it

This Cafe was next to our hotel and was our morning routine to cure our jetlag. The coffee is descent, the service good. But most importantly it opens early, so good to get an early coffee.

Whenever I go there and Matthew is there the bathroom and the gate is usually closed by 7pm. He says the bathroom is always out of order but whenever other employees are present the restroom is still open until like 8:15. I've overlooked this plenty of times but this happens like 90% of the time. This is really lousy because they serve drinks and people have to relieve themselves.

Got a too good to go order here. All they gave me was croissants. What a waste of money. I'm not homeless. Give me real food. Last time I was here there was more of a variety.

I went there today to get drinks. The atmosphere is depressing. The leather chairs in the hall are torn as if in an old car. The prices are the same as in Starbucks, but instead, the staff is not very friendly and slow, who does not know the items on their menu. Also, in an interesting way, my small bubble tea was $1 less than the tea my husband got, and the tea size was larger. The furniture is very old and generally feels dirty. I paid $6 for a small cup of bubble tea. In my opinion, for such a price for a drink, there should be a pleasant atmosphere and good service. I will not return again.

I live across the street and have had an awful experience every single time I have tried this location. They will take your order and charge for items they never have in stock and then ask you to wait another 15 mins (total 25 mins) for a single drink. Cold foam never stocked and cashier's don't tell you until 10 mins after waiting. They will make the entirely wrong drink. To compensate they will give you expired coupons. I've given them so many chances and every time I leave empty handed and with a headache. I'd give 0 stars if possible
