I just wanted a bottle of water. I stood in a line for 20 minutes (more servers, please) only to be told, "Oh, we don't accept gift cards." ???!!! WTH?

Idk what is wrong with the cashier, but her attitude was so terrible, she acts like racist when she took my order(compare to the customer after me) she didn’t let us know where to pick up the coffee even took wrong order!

Service was terrible, forgot one of my drinks, barista snapped at the customer in front of me, wrapped cookies smelled and tasted old and nasty, and finally my late drink cup and lid were dirty. I did not want to argue, so I paid and threw everything away. Find another coffee shop at the TM terminal.

Just wanted to point out that as a stress pasanger, a coffee sometimes is a way to find comfort. However, in this case, Customer Service really stinks. Karen, who took my order, was nowhere to be found at the counter when I arrived. She was actually on her phone in the back as I could see her. A man who looked like a manager was out the counter cleaning but never greeted me or approached me, and he could see me. I waited about 10 minutes until karen cared to turn around and see i was at the counter. Keep in mind it was just the 2 of them and myself. So I calmly asked her what registered was open, and with a smirked she pointed. I asked her about a drink and she couldn't respond as she was on her phone looking down and finally she took my order. Still! on her phone, and all of a sudden, 2 other girls appeared. Young lady who gave me my drinks also had an attitude and didn't even bother to say your welcome as I said thank you. Seriously, I didn't know if their service bothered me more than my flight being delayed. Plz be kind to others.

Worst Cafe latte I have ever gotten anywhere. Price was fibe but super watered down and not cold at all just room temp. Also they company does not allow to give out tap water since they want you to spend money to buy bottled. Also has to fight them for a straw it was very silly.

Horrible customer experience at this place. The cashier was not pleasant and rolled her eyes when I said, "Can I please have a white chocolate mocha?" She then proceeded to say white chocolate latte. Went to the other side, and all the employees were just standing there, not making my order. I got my coffee, and it was disgusting. I kindly asked if they could make a new one because it tasted like burnt coffee. They talked back and was annoyed about it. Will never go to any coffee bean & tea leaf.

My order is usually messed up when I order from here but it's the only coffee bean in my location. Today it was VERY messed up. They forgot 4 of my food items and our drinks arrived leaking all over the top. At least the drinks were hot and Grubhub got us our refund for what was missing. So it's either this location sucks or the driver is forgetting a bag or something, not sure. Order at your own risk.

There are not so many places to eat in LAX, in the departure/checkin level, there is Coffee Bean. It’s nice to eat some pastries and have coffee while waiting in the terminal.

Terrible service! The woman charge me for a plain bagel without me asking for the plain type one! Also they denied a water on tap and this is against the laws

I ordered one latte and specifically asked for a decaf Americano and if that was possible. I was assured by the server Elizabeth that it was. I paid and then noticed the receipt said 'Reg Americano'. As my husband can't drink caffeinated coffee I double checked with the server Elizabeth if it was definitely decaf. She yelled at me extremely RUDELY that it was, like I was stupid. I then waited at the end of the counter for my coffee. I checked if the Americano was decaf and the guy that made it said "no it wasn't". I said that's because it said 'Reg' on the receipt right?? He quickly re-made me a decaf coffee. Very disappointing service from Elizabeth.
