Flying out of T5 decided to stop for a drink. My cookies and cream blended drink was soooo goood.

I was hesitant to stop by because of the long line but they took care of us super quick. I usually am skeptical of airport coffee shops, but they do they a really good job here. Everyone was super nice, attentive, and the coffee was just as I ordered. As a person who is always late for flights but needs coffee before, I am pleased to have this shop.

Long line but they took care of me very quickly. I was very pleased with their customer service and professionalism. Definitely my go to coffee shop when at LAX.

I've been going around to various places and trying an iced matcha latte at every shop that sells one. Was early for my flight and looked around, lo and behold, Coffee Bean had a matcha latte that was pretty reasonably priced for an airport ($6ish with tax, other drinks in LAX aside from perhaps sodas are more expensive and honestly matcha lattes are $5 minimum in most places) and actually quite good. It's on the sweet side but still retains the matcha flavor. No line, got my drink in like two minutes tops. Can't complain, would buy again.

Worst customer service ever!I bought a coffee and also asked for some water, and one staff member first pretended that she couldn't understand me by looking at my face, when she realized that I speak good English, then she said we don't have water, there's a water filter next to the restroom! Excuse me, the coffee shop has no water? First time I heard about it! I want to report it to their corporate....It's just unreal!

This is the worst Coffee bean and tea leaf ! How can you have only 2 employees on a Sunday morning! I waited 1hour for a latte - the queue was soooo long ! This is abuse of employees! They were retrying hard but management obviously does not care ! I would not have put up with this but there are no other Latte shops in the terminal! You should have you license revoked ‘

I have never had a worse experience than here at this coffee bean at arrivals in terminal 5. Specifically in the morning, whoever was working this morning on the 16th of March at 10am yelled and cursed at me because of a misunderstanding. Those 2 young lady’s deserve to be fired and have no business working in customer service. I will be reporting to the BBB as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Well, there matcha iced latte always hits the spot! Too early to board the flight, so stopped by for a quick drink. The price is high but the quality was there.

Don't bother unless you have lots if extra time. Espresso is OK but very slow and inefficient. Understaffed for an airport concession.

The Ice Blend coffee was ok, but too sweet. The bagel and cheese danish were just bad though.

This coffee shop is located in LAX. Although service was nice, the place was dirty to no end. Coffee and condiments spilled everywhere, the floor was sticky. Not a good experience and the coffee was lousy (even though I got an Americano v. a drip)

Bring your own tea. Overpriced, they don’t care about competition. Over roasted coffee. Line.

The line for this Coffee Bean was crazy long, but I was in the mood for coffee and had a lot of time to kill before my flight so I decided to wait. It took around 30 minutes from when I got in line to when I received my order, so it was a very long time but wasn't too bad if you consider how many people there were. I went with a Peppermint Mocha Cream Cold Brew. It was pretty good -- not overly sweet and the peppermint, mocha and cold brew flavors really came through. I also feel like $7 for a large is not bad, especially in an airport. All things considered, the service was pretty fast but nothing special.
