I've been going around to various places and trying an iced matcha latte at every shop that sells one. Was early for my flight and looked around, lo and behold, Coffee Bean had a matcha latte that was pretty reasonably priced for an airport ($6ish with tax, other drinks in LAX aside from perhaps sodas are more expensive and honestly matcha lattes are $5 minimum in most places) and actually quite good. The line for this Coffee Bean was crazy long, but I was in the mood for coffee and had a lot of time to kill before my flight so I decided to wait. It took around 30 minutes from when I got in line to when I received my order, so it was a very long time but wasn't too bad if you consider how many people there were. I was hesitant to stop by because of the long line but they took care of us super quick. I usually am skeptical of airport coffee shops, but they do they a really good job here. Everyone was super nice, attentive, and the coffee was just as I ordered. As a person who is always late for flights but needs coffee before, I am pleased to have this shop.
