Unhinged doorman, that will spit at,flip you off, cuss at you, tell a tenant to pepper spray 2 individuals filiming LA Historical buildings. He's doesn't even know where he's supose to be working at which is the property not on the sidewalk!

Thanks to Donegan and quixotic team I’m finally opening my first brick and mortar. They were patient and was able to show me numerous properties until I found the right pick. I got one of the best deals on the market in a busy area of downtown I couldn’t be happier.

If I was to own a nightclub slash restaurant this is the one I would pick. Its not the most popular but godam its everything a patron could ask for of my liking. Dark, industrial and super creative, from the floating staircase to the basement like feel its just dreamy.

Unfortunately, my experience with Aldwin would be best described as delayed communication, prejudice, and demeaning for absolutely no reason. Also, Isabel isn’t much help either. I’m not sure if she’s an agent but she just passes along work and communications to Aldwin. I toured a space and it needed many improvements. I’m not new to running business or dealing with real estate agents. I know that negotiations and lease incentives are a thing. However, Aldwin insinuates that by me asking for normal things like Tenant improvement u0026 no charge on rent while under renovation- that I can’t afford to lease this space. Funny thing is that I have several locations paying nearly 3x the amount this space is asking for. I’m not sure why this guy has so much built up tension but his unprofessional responses to serious questions with “cool” u0026 “yeah ok..” are questionable and I’d never want to do business with someone that doesn’t have my best interest. Especially in a business deal. Ultimately, even when kindly asked if I could apply, he named all the reasons he thought of that I may not qualify. Like credit scored, reiterating the monthly rent, and claiming someone is already in the process of signing the lease and I have absolutely no chance. Let me add that I toured this space at the very beginning of March and he failed to communicate whatsoever even after I told him I was very interested and had a few requests he could communicate with the landlord. This whole situation isn’t so much about me not getting approved to lease - it’s the whole situation behind it that made everything very uncomfortable. My credit score is great, I probably make Aldwin’s salary in a month, and also could’ve really made this place into something great. Oh well, this place is in the center of the ghetto next to skid row. It’s probably best Aldwin had a little man tantrum and saved me from this shady location.
