I'm deeply disappointed by the treatment I received at your restaurant, especially given that I was celebrating a milestone - my 30th birthday. From the moment we arrived, the service was unwelcoming and dismissive. Despite having ordered both drinks and food, our server's attitude was curt and condescending. I'm not sure if he found it unusual that two women would enjoy a late dinner, but the judgment and lack of professionalism were glaring. What was most upsetting is that he never offered a dessert menu, and I was never given the chance to celebrate with even a simple birthday candle or cake, on my actual birthday. It felt like our presence was an inconvenience. To top it all off, when he brought the check, he shook his head and remarked, “Not bad,” in a mocking tone. I was stunned. I've had the privilege of dining at restaurants across the globe, and I've never encountered such blatant disrespect, especially on a day that meant so much to me. This experience soured what should have been a joyful celebration. It's disheartening that a restaurant with such potential has staff that lack basic courtesy and customer care. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. No guest deserves to be treated this way, birthday or not. Sincerely

First time dining here. Service wasn't had to ask multiple people where the server was. We just wanted water. Food was average. We got a bunch of apps and pastas. Weren't impressed at all. Apparently we came on the one night where their system kept shutting down. So everything was beyond delayed. Wouldn't come back here at all.

We loved our dining experience at LAVO. The food was fantastic and the vibes were immaculate. The WiFi went out towards the time we needed to pay our bill which unfortunately led us to leaving sensitive credit card information that was charged inaccurately.

I now have Lavo as one of my top restaurants to go on special occasions and special dates... Every single part of our experience at LAVO was delicious. Beautifully served carefully done and very special. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE MEATBALL YOU HAVE, AND THE SAUCE TASTED LIKE MAMA WAS IN THE KITCHEN

Overall a nice location and food was good. Out server was amazing! It is super loud you can't hear the music the Dj is playing. But overall a good experience.

LAVO exceeded my expectations! The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The ambiance was vibrant yet classy, creating the perfect setting for brunch. What really stood out was the service, the staff were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

The food was not the freshest or tastiest. Vodka pasta was cold, bland. They didn't offer parm or anything. Service was ... not great- not offering help with menu questions or recommendations. Server was cold and disconnected. Over priced mediocre food. Sad as we were really looking forward to it.

I had an amazing from beginning to end. The bartender was very nice while I waited for my friends and made a delicious drink. Later, the waitress and the rest of the staff was incredible. Honestly from the valet to the moment I exited the restaurant the staff was incredible. The food was amazing, the dj playing music made my friends both enjoy their birthdays. I will definitely return.

Have been to LAVO more than 5 times now, with that being said I know how the service normally is. Our server was way below standard and expectation. The server assistant Solomon is the only reason I'm giving the service such a high rating. He really turned our night around. He made sure to check in on us and was having great conversation the entire dinner which we really appreciated. We were just three celebrating my birthday and we all are big foodies. The food as always was incredible. We got the beef carpaccio, burrata, calamari, yellowtail tartar and the crudo as appetizers which were all amazing. I also know that they normally bring out a little dish “from the chef” with some vegetables and a delicious olive oil which I saw other tables get and we did not which I was disappointed since I know how fantastic that olive oil is- we even bought some the last time we were in! Entrees we all shared- the ribeye, filet, vodka pasta and the tortilini which were all phenomenal! The steaks are paired with grilled garlic cloves, tomatoes and lemon which really adds to the dishes. The pastas were delicious as always! Thank you to Solomon for helping make our night special!

Fresh and delicious Italian food. I am still dreaming about the Verde Salad, so light yet so good. Next we shared Penne Alla Vodka, the most tender filet that was cooked perfectly to my medium well and finished with the tiramisu. All dishes were amazing. Highly recommend. Amazing service, great atmosphere and food was perfection. We were visiting from Chicago and made for a perfect date night!

Absolutely an amazing brunch experience!! Connor was our waiter and he was amazing !!! Dj Ivy on the 1s and 2s was the icing on the cake! 10/10 overall

The vibes for endless brunch on Sundays are fantastic! But the food... mid to say the least. This is a great spot for drinks w/friends but I can't say the food is that good.

I came here with my girlfriend for a date night, and while the food was honestly really good and reasonably priced for the quality and good quantity, the service completely ruined the vibe. From the moment we pulled up, the valet was rude, the host didn't greet us properly, and our waiter made us feel super uncomfortable. He kept pointing out prices before we even ordered, which felt passive-aggressive and unnecessary — like we weren't expected to afford anything. It was supposed to be a special night out, but the whole time we felt like we didn't belong there. Definitely won't be coming back, no matter how good the food was.

Loved our night at Lavo! Took my wife and teenage boys and it was great. Gladys was so friendly, outgoing and professional. Pizza and pasta and chicken parm were all great. Very cool place but still family friendly. Probably our favorite dinner in a week of travel to SF and LA, mostly because of the service from Gladys and the other servers, bus boys and food runners, but also the quality of the food
