I’m literally rating the taste/quality of food. This is not Habit standards. Please please fix it! It just does not taste the same… maybe it is a one time bad moment but man I was left with a sour taste of wanting a habit burger (even though I did get one).

Food is great, service is great, but the price is absolutely ridiculous! Its Almost $28 for a Burger combo! It's went from $18 to $24 to $28 in a matter of 2 months.

The service was nonexistent, no one really acknowledged we were there! It took about 20 plus minutes to get our food and we only ordered burgers and fries, onion rings. I could tell the burger was old ( it was cold and hard) not freshly cooked so I’m not sure what took so long! We got the combo but no one took time to acknowledge that we were even standing there so it’s only expected that no one gave us cups until the food was ready, that’s when the guy realized and asked in amazement did we get cups yet, of course not! So we had to wait hungry and thirsty! Onion rings were commercial tasting, nothing special and the burger meat was hard to find it was so small smothered under all that lettuce and crap! My husband ate most of his food (he’s a man) but I trashed mine, not worth the calories!
There appeared to be a manager of some sort sitting in the customer area talking to someone else possibly affiliated with the business but that’s a shame also because all she cared about was making sure they put the onion rings available on the touch menu after I informed them that the onion rings said out of stock and I wasn’t able to order them! Once they knew I needed onion rings They still managed to get my order wrong by giving me 2 orders of onion rings instead of 1 onion ring and my husband fries, as I ordered! Poor service and even worse food! Do better people, I realize this is the airport and prices are higher but at least try to give folks what they’re paying for, geez!! Now I have a 5 hr flight to Honolulu on a bad food tummy!!!

So slooooo. Everyone moving like they’re on vacation, rolling out of bed to catch buffet breakfast after drinking too much the night before, ironically at an AiRpOrT. And then the food was just sloppy… burger a mess and we got three onion rings for our combo fries/onion rings order. What do you do after waiting 15 mins? Complain to the turtles?
