The LINE LA is really an enjoyable experience.

The rooms here are very small for the price that you pay. Location is great being in the Middle Koreantown and access to all areas of Los Angeles. They have a coffee table that is really heavy made out of stone or something like that, and it doesn’t move. In the middle of the night when it’s dark, going to the bathroom, coming back and tripping over it and hurting yourself was not fun. In a room as small as this, they shouldn’t have immovable furniture. i’ve stayed at many hotels throughout the years and I’ve always been welcomed at the front desk. This front desk staff didn’t seem as enthusiastic to be working there. I would say for the money that you pay for a room here you would get better service and larger rooms elsewhere in the area.

Rooms: Rooms are quite small. Very little area to move around. Room amenities are standard. Walls are wallpapered concrete look. Clean and organized. Not quite however. Wilshire is very busy. Constant sounds from the street intrude from police sirens, supply truck back up signal, vehicle horns, and so on. If you need quiet to sleep this would not be recommended. Felt somewhat cramped as 1 person on business. I personally would not be comfortable if the limited space had to be shared even with my wife.

Walkability: Plenty of food options within walking distance. It is Koreatown. Some restaurants do not have menus in English which presents its own challenges.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't very good. In particular, the showers are very dirty and their performance is poor. It is convenient for Koreans as it is located in the middle of Koreatown.

A hotel where you can't sleep because of the noise. The noise from the club below until after 2am... It might be good if you want to stay up late and enjoy the club, not to sleep. The front desk staff hung up the phone without permission, and ignored my calls after that. I never expected to have such a bad experience at a 4-star hotel with such high room rates. It was such a bad experience that I'm writing a review for the first time.

There was no problem when checking in. I just felt indifferent. These days, things are expensive, but it doesn't cost money to smile, so if you don't feel kind, it must be indifferent to the customer.

The room is clean, but there is a lot of noise from the road. The windows are cheap and not soundproof.

There are various drinks in the minibar, but there are no price tags. It's proof that they are not thorough.

It was my first time staying at this place, so I was disappointed because I had high expectations.

The good thing is that there is a fairly large valet parking space (self-parking is not available).

Rooms: The room is small but clean.

Noteworthy details: Road noise is the biggest problem

The location is really good
It's 7 or 9 degrees and it's too cold even with the heating on.
Only cold wind comes out. The walls are exposed concrete, so I don't know if there's any insulation, but it's really, really cold.
Even if I complain, they just say they will check.

There were no indoor slippers and the bathtub didn't turn all the way down.
The noise from the club below was so loud that I couldn't sleep!!

It's the best hotel in Koreatown and it's expensive, but I won't come again even if it has the advantage of location.
Really bad! I'm going to bring a packed lunch and stop you.

This hotel is situated in Koreatown, Los Angeles, which offers a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Since the hotel does not provide breakfast, it is pretty convenient for breakfast options. However, the Openaire restaurant on the second floor requires a reservation. Hotel guests get a 20% discount, which is a great deal. We appreciated the Alfred Coffee in the lobby, where we enjoyed quality coffee during our stay.

The room was reasonable in size, and the essential amenities met our needs well. The water pressure in the shower was particularly pleasing, and we found the room quiet. Although the bed was a bit softer than our preference, it was still comfortable. We did notice some items, such as a block of cement in the corner, that seemed unnecessary and occupied space.

The blackout curtains contributed to a restful night's sleep; however, due to the proximity of an office building outside our window, we felt it was advisable to keep the curtains closed during our stay. We were surprised to find only one bottle of water provided for our party of two, which prompted us to request an additional one. The service was commendable, and the front desk staff were friendly and attentive.

I've been a guest at The Line Hotel every time I visit LA, but unfortunately, my recent stay was disappointing.

Firstly, we didn't receive any bathroom amenities or welcome water, which I usually expect. Additionally, the air conditioning was uncomfortably cold, and I was unable to adjust the temperature.

This was also my first time renting a car, and I was surprised by the $55 valet fee, which was higher than I anticipated. Overall, my experience this time fell short of my previous visits, and I hope to see improvements in the future.

Really nice hotel, love the architecture but generally not always friendly . Expensive mini bars may be for you, but not me really. So we got to a nearby store and brought our own water, snacks, and drinks. The restaurant in the greenhouse (Openaire ) was wonderful. The rooms had no coffee maker at all, and the coffee shop downstairs doesn't take all methods of payment. Now that I know the area better, I could have found more of what I needed, but unfortunately at the time I stayed here, it was a struggle.

Comfortable..... different..... open space. bare concrete walls is quite an artistic flair, and they pulled it off! I would stay there again. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Most of the information provided during the booking process was misleading. Specifically, the complimentary drinks they advertised were not honored. Additionally, the service at the bar was unacceptable, with the bar manager and bartender being particularly rude.

I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Staff were mostly very friendly, however the upkeep of the hotel and rooms are not well done. Our room had cobwebs all around the windows and in the corners of doorways. I normally wouldnt have taken notice of these places, but unfortunately there was a sizeable cobweb in the bathroom doorway right beside where the only clothing hooks in the bathroom were located. As well our room had windows that would not properly close, so it was cold and noisy overnight, bugs flew in etc. We spoke with front desk and they sent maintenance but refused to change our room (didnt even check to see if there were availabilites or ask how long we were staying to check). Unfortunately the windows didnt stay closed even after maintenance came by. And more unfortunately i wound up with cobwebs all over me when i tried to close the windows myself.

The hotel also appears to be the gathering location for clubbing events? Every night there were people gathered and hopping onto busses.

The location is quite central within koreatown, but i would not recommend for any families to stay here unless they had a car. It isnt a very safe neighbourhood to walk around in for children.
