The Sweet Potato fries are fantastic, perfect seasoning. Tasty Swiss & Shroom burger. The boutique soft drinks were fizzy. Clean restrooms when you're in the city...The ventilation was lacking. The entire dining area smelled heavy with the aromas of the grill. Fast and courteous service.

It's Valentine's Day. My husband had to order in. To make it special, I tried something new, this place to be exact! It was risky, but so is passion. We ordered the mushroom melt and the regular melt burger, melty Mac and garlic fries. Well, it's true love. The melt has stolen both of our hearts and we vow to make it our one and only burger place. We are both so impressed with the fresh mushrooms, the little bits of fresh garlic, and the snap of the pickle. That's just the beginning. We were wooed by the fresh ingredients and love struck by the CHEESE. we love cheese and we love The Melt.

The customer service was good, I could tell they didn't feel like working but we all have those days. HOWEVER... they got my order wrong twice, I don't see red meat and I got beef on my first order when I asked for chicken and then I got pork on my second order. I picked the bacon off and just tried to eat the chicken but MY CHICKEN WAS DAMN NEAR RAW! I'm mad af rn bc I live far and after a long 13 hr work day I just wanted something good bc I saw good reviews. HELL NO. I would take a pic if I didn't already throw ts away.

my FAVORITE comfort food in LA--the mac daddy is spectacular and the tomato soup is the best out there. you have to get the grilled cheese croutons too! the workers are all so sweet and nice and the service is super quick. and the place is so cute--i love the lights and exposed brick! other faves: the impossible burger, garlic parmesan fries, caesar salad

Honestly, this is NOT a good burger. It is not seasoned at all and very greasy . Probably the most tasteless burger I have ever had anywhere. The fries were so bad I gave them to a homeless individual who asked for them . He tasted them and said dude I can't eat these they are so salty!! Steer clear folks.
The melt burgers are a step above McDonald's but definitely not super gourmet. Very much fast food a little bit elevated when you're craving fast food hits the spot.

Although I have written the instructions to call to open the entrance door, the delivery man sent a text and made me come down. The restaurant is only 0.2 mi away from me. If I was not this sick, I would walk to pick up my order and not to order for delivery.
