So glad that we now have a new fantastic restaurant on the west side .The food was delicious and love that the wine menu is affordable and good > the sign of a good sommelier . Just like Europe where a bottle of great wine can be had for under $100
Thrilled to realize that this Michelin Guide restaurant is now in my neighborhood!
The food is excellent, plentiful, flavorful and appropriately zesty.
Staff are helpful, knowledgeable, engaging but not interfering.
Decor is interesting, atmosphere is energetic but not intrusive.
As Arnold said, I’ll be back…

The Mulberry LA is a stylish and delicious restaurant located in the Sawtelle neighborhood, offering a unique blend of authentic Korean flavors with creative twists and refined ingredients. The atmosphere is chic and versatile, making it suitable for both date nights and family gatherings. The restaurant has quickly become a highly recommended spot, known for its quality food, great service, and lively vibe.
Reservations are advised, as it tends to be busy and hard to get into. The decor and outdoor patio add to the inviting ambiance. The menu is relatively small but packed with flavorful options, including standout dishes like short ribs, stir fry hen of the woods mushrooms, steak tartare, and the bluefin tuna, which is noted for its freshness and generous portion. The Steam Tofu Stew and cheesecake are also highlighted as must-try items, with the cheesecake reportedly a collaboration with a renowned chef.
While service time may occasionally be lengthy, staff are friendly and attentive. The restaurant’s buzz and quality ingredients make it a welcome addition to the West LA dining scene, offering a compelling experience for those seeking innovative Korean cuisine in a modern setting.
