What makes this place work is the reliability of their generous breakfast and the friendliness and welcoming nature of their staff.

My first time, I was very happy with our experience food was very yummy.
Owner was professional.
I recommend it for sure.
My friends have been several xs.
Glad I went ❣
This local neighborhood spot serves excellent food, and Meagan is the best server! I've tried about five dishes—including omelets, skillets, and chicken and waffles—and they've all been delicious. The food is consistently good, and their mimosas are excellent as well.

First time visit from Texas. The food was amazing, but the service from the staff was even better. Everyone was very friendly and made recommendations. Restrooms were spotless and clean. I would definitely come here again. Mimosas were magical.
A bit noisy but the food made up for it.
Ordered chkn fried steak and a pancake for toast substitution... pancake pretty good...still nothing better than Bea bea's in burbank... chkn fried steak tasted old, like flour coating had stale taste... also gravy was bland, not just salted, it needed more sausage flavor or something... later in the day got the trots from likely the chkn fried steak, only thing I had that day... other things look good on menu, but nix the chkn fried steak...

Popular Saturday morning breakfast spot. Domer vibe, friendly staff. Had strawberry waffles. Was sufficient size to fill an adult. Would revisit. Street parking.
On Mother’s Day, our family gathered at the Nook breakfast spot near my daughter’s school, LMU, to celebrate. We found convenient parking nearby and were promptly seated at a booth for five. Several family members ordered samosas, but they weren’t very good paired without the orange juice. We “doctored” the drink by adding the orange juice I ordered make the drink palatable, as the other flavors didn't work for us.
I ordered a stack of banana and strawberry pancakes, while others chose turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. My wife commented that the bacon was good, and my children enjoyed the turkey sausages. However, the bacon arrived alongside some rice that was far too salty to eat, and the hash browns were so plain that none of us could finish them.
As for my pancakes, they were basic and lacked distinctive flavor andpresentation, so I wouldn’t order them again. Overall, the atmosphere was joyful, relaxed, and casual, and the service was decent. The prices were manageable.
Place is pretty nice. Great service and attention, great ambience. They led me have breakfast with my dog. I just think the healthy menu is not too healthy, I had to ask them to take off the fries from it, and modify it a little. But the food tasted amazing.
It's ok nothing else to report here. Nothing great nor horrible going on here. It's ok.
Food was well prepared and very tasty. The restaurant is very nice and clean and the service was very good.
