My favorite neighborhood spot to grab one of their craft matcha or chai lattes (I like the Chai Chocolate coconut) and get some writing done, catch up with a friend or just take in the sites and the weather. I haven’t had much on their menu but their pastries always satisfy.

The Oaks at Franklin Village became my morning tradition while studying at UCB. This veggie breakfast burrito became my cohort along with a trio of hot sauces. Everyone is so kind who works here. The dog culture of LA is wonderfully alive here and so are the perfectly ‘cast’ patrons who rest and restore here. Thank you for what you do, everyone The Oaks Gourmet is truly the crown jewel of Franklin Village.

Great wine and drink selection and best bahn mi recommended by Gabby. Love this little shop for artisanal meats and cheeses and wine! They sell coffee too! <3 thanks Gabby!

We stopped at The Oaks for lunch today. The menu was extensive and the prices were more than fair. I would've been happy with anything but went with the Ultimate BLT. It was delish!

had a great first experience here earlier today. service was quick and staff were friendly and helpful when we were ordering. coffee and breakfast sandwiches especially were soooo good and fresh! sitting area outside was nice and relaxing.
