I enjoy the wide variety of food options on the menu. Staff welcomes you with a warm greeting and they’re very attentive. Century City location is very clean, I would recommend anyone in the area to dine at The Stand.
I'm an admin in NY so I wasn't familiar with the sizing/portions of the sandwiches, which seem to be a bit on the smaller end, but they went above and beyond to make sure we received what we needed to make it work in our LA office. Excellent communication and customer service. The food was also great, received good feedback from the team.
I placed the order via the app. When I had a question about the large order, I was Able to speak to someone live at the Century city restaurant my concern was addressed, and my delivery was accurate and on time
