Hello, I wanted to share my experience from tonight because it truly ruined my night and left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. After ordering two drinks, I decided to get one more, this time using Apple Pay. I’m not from here, so I wasn’t familiar with the process they were using.
The bartender asked for my first and last name to enter with the Apple Pay transaction, and the way it was handled felt extremely rude and unsettling. He kept my phone for a long time, then came back and asked me for my name again—even after I had already provided my ID. At that point, of course I was worried about my personal information and identity being mishandled.
What made it even more confusing is that another staff member told me that taking my name wasn’t even necessary for Apple Pay, since it doesn’t require a name or a PIN. That only made the situation feel even more unprofessional.
While I was waiting, still trying to stay calm, the bartender came back and asked for my name a third time. When I questioned why it was being requested again, he gave an explanation, but it still didn’t match what the other employee had said. The whole interaction made me feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, and singled out.
When I finally expressed that I didn’t like the process and preferred that the person I was with pay for the drink instead, the bartender actually snatched the beer out of my hand. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary.
I was alone in the club at the time, and the way he treated me made me feel even more vulnerable. I expect bartenders—especially a manager—to look out for guests, not make them feel unsafe or disrespected. I didn’t even ask for his name because, at that point, I just wanted to leave the situation.
I don’t know what was going on with him personally, but the way he treated me was unacceptable. The entire experience was hurtful, unprofessional, and truly ruined my night. I hope this feedback helps prevent anyone else from being treated the same way.

Hostile environment. Aggressive, dishonest and disrespectful behavior from staff and the owner. Witnessed them both trying to bait a gentleman into an emotional responses for sharing his experience respectfully. Good thing the gentleman kept his cool. I’ve had colleagues stop going there but I never asked why. They just stated they were turned off and now I see why. I do not recommend this establishment for those looking for a safe and respectful atmosphere.

They accommodated every need with professionalism and genuine hospitality, creating a seamless experience from start to finish.
The atmosphere was incredible, the drinks were expertly crafted, and the food was absolutely immaculate — everyone couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. It was the perfect send-off and an unforgettable night.

I use to live up the street a couple of years ago and always drove by. I was feeling spontaneous and popped in. The drinks are great and the bartenders are super kind and courteous. Music was also 10/10. Highly recommend this place.
