Disappointed when I tried the cloud latte! Came here because as advertised they had espresso layer and milk layer separated. I was served with the espresso and milk already mixed together! Charging this price and for a beautiful cloud effect as advertised but lazy to recreate it and just serve a mixed type is just disappointing! Learn how to make the aesthetics of your drinks same as advertised!!
Solid matcha but BEWARE PARKING VALIDATION DOES NOT COVER YOUR ENTIRE PARKING. Was only here for 20mins and still had to pay 4$ to get out. Ridiculous.

A terrible matcha latte. I’m sure their coffee is better.

Lovin' the vibes especially being able to sit outdoor by the park! I bet most visitors are people working nearby as it's literally located in between the office building around Century City.
Have been wanting to go there but super hard to find a chance given they only open on weekdays, and YES finally made it last Friday.
Per the barista's reco, going with their Cloud Latte, which was basically their version of latte with house-made cream top. More on the creamy side, but coffee was pretty decent. I did prefer it to be sweeter but I ended up just adding bit of simple syrup.

I really liked hidden-treasure-like location in downtown LA, but I also love this new location at CAA building which has already become a landmark in LA. As a current Oregonian, I appreciated them using the Heart Coffee Beans from Portland, which can hardly be found in So Cal, in their humble yet ambitious beginning. But I like the current beans even more that they roast themselves now. They are really high quality beans. Love their signature cloud menus as well. This place is magical that makes you feel like you're in a movie scene.

Cookie is average. Espresso is just above average.

I tried their signature Cloud Matcha Latte (sweetened) today with oat milk and it was fantastic! The pastries on display look good as well, though I didn't try any on my visit, but I will definitely be coming back.
