I like the regular asada tacos with everything easy salsa , Quesadilla de asada is fire too. I tried the queso tacos but did not like it. They have real Mexican coke.

Very unassuming place. It looks modest and you would never guess how phenomenal the food is! Everything is freshly made. Hand cut folded wrapped prepped you got it. Best tacos I've tasted on this side of the border. Seating and parking is limited.

I had only one night to treat myself in LA. Unfortunately I had to accompany my colleagues to a Korean barbeque beforehand and thus couldn’t stuff my face at this gem of an outdoor grill. The good thing was, I was lured to the Tire Shop Taqueria buy a YouTube video and so I knew what to order… a Vampiro with Carne Asada. Believe me, if I was able to I would’ve ordered the whole menu. The smell of the steak on the flaming grill really added to the whole ambiance.. my meal was cheap, delicious and I would recommend this to anyone who wants real East Los Angeles street food. Very friendly staff and clientele

The tacos de cabeza (head tacos) have meat on them to promote them. They have to be made with only head meat; there's no other meat. The salsa is spicy for the unsophisticated, it's tasteless, the spiciness is fine but it has no flavor.
