What in the heck type of service really, brah got me feeling as if I was in some sorta line that had to be rush or else… Dude said I had 10 seconds to order like 😹😹😸👏 Never again.. No time to argue with this type of service at all.. I’ll just never come back!!

Extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated. I ordered my sandwich and the gentleman who put it together was polite and respectful. However, when he handed it to the young cashier girl and I took my card out to pay, what the cashier girl told me next absolutely blew my mind. She looked down at the sandwich and then shouted at me “It looks too big!” with a disgusted look on her face. I thought to myself, “what?” Like she was implying maybe the man made too much for me and that he should reduce the size of the sandwich or something?!! After she told me that, then she just stared at me in silence with no inclination to take my card or let me even pay. Finally, I had to just ask “can I pay please” and then she angrily took my card and “reluctantly” rang me up and finally let me take my sandwich with me. I did not even make the sandwich myself and she was basically implying that I was trying to take more amount than I deserve or something? I have NEVER been treated so unreasonably and condescendingly at ANY other establishment.

Please train your staff better.

I visited this location and ordered 3 sandwiches. 1 Chipotle Chicken reg size 1 veggie regular size 1 veggie mini size. The employee started making the veggie sandwiches but did not clean the slicer. I pointed out that the slicer had meat residue and particles on it, that's when the employee asked if there was an allergy issue, I said no, but it's vegetarian so please clean the slicer. The employee stated the slicer is only cleaned if there is an allergy concern. There was a long line it was lunch rush and I did t have time to argue. The veggie sandwiches were already being prepared despite the possibility of cross contamination from the meat that had been previously sliced. I paid for the 3 sandwiches but ultimately decided not to consume them due to my vegetarian dietary preferences. It is unacceptable to order a veggie sandwich and be forced to accept the possibility that there may be scraps of meat in the sandwich. I fear that this may have gone unnoticed the several times I ordered online without being present to observe this failure. I would like to know the policy and procedures for employees when a customer orders a veggie sandwich. Is it standard to clean the slicer first? Other locations have always cleaned the slicer before preparing a veggie sandwich. I'm upset, concerned, and ultimately disappointed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

They closed early before 9:00 so, you need to get there way before closing. However, still love their sandwiches!

Good food and good service. We barely beat the lunch rush and they only had 2 people helping. One at the register and one making the subs. Good thing we beat the rush cause that line got long quick.

I'd love ❤️ to share my amazing customer service experience here at this store. Valentino and Martin were fixing and serving my food. Valentino is one of those good guys. He's one of a kind and a joy to talk to.. He made sure my order was perfect. Martin's communication and smile alone will keep you coming back. He's a really nice guy. I was very surprised with these guys' attitudes because it was beyond positive. You could tell they enjoy the customers and their jobs. Also, kudos to Ashley for her positive attitude and making sure things within her job position are in order. SEE YALL AGAIN SOON!

The sub I purchased had about 5x more sauce than it usually comes with. I could not eat it - too messy. I was taking lunch in my car and would need a plate, knife and fork to eat this pile of slop.

Manager or leader was being intimidating to customers about using the restroom and made up a rule of minimum one sandwich purchase to use the restroom.
