Dry sandwich, not enough spread, was not able to enjoy my sandwich. This is about the third time this happens, quality has definitely gone down. Also, lack of customer service from management, not worth coming back here.

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Jersey Mike's, and I must say, my experience was elevated to new heights by the outstanding customer service provided by one of their exceptional employees.The standout employee, Christian, went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was nothing short of extraordinary. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness to our needs made us feel valued and appreciated as customers.One thing that truly stood out during our interaction with Christian was his attention to detail and dedication to providing a customized experience. When we expressed our love for bacon, Christian took it upon himself to hand-pick specific pieces of bacon to include in our sandwich, ensuring that each bite would be a delight for our taste buds. For the second time in a row, the bread was hard and stale on my sandwich. This is not an inexpensive sandwich. There is no excuse for old, hard, stale bread. Also, I asked for banana peppers on the side. Last time, the banana peppers were on the sandwich and this time, I got no banana peppers at all. I am done with Jersey Mike's.

I love this location. Whenever I'm in La and want to get a sandwich, this is the location I prefer. Everyone here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their sandwiches and what ppl think about the sandwiches. I especially like Allan , I'm not sure if he's the manager , but if he's not.... HE SHOULD BE. You can always count on him to recommend a sandwich, and down to the type of bread, he gets it right every time.

I had a handful of coupons and when I used them, I fell in love with this Jersey Mike's. Their sandwiches taste the best, the managers are verbal with the customers and they have a well run crew. Come to think of it, I've never had a negative experience with other locations either.

One of the better tasting Jersey Mike's, my issue is how long it takes them to assist you. Every time I come in that is when they start processing online orders. You don't know people's schedules and how long they have to get their food. Just be more mindful of people's time.

Shout out to Miranda who works here! Miranda answered the phone, TWICE, and took down the specifications of the sandwich bc the Uber Eats platform is lacking and you can't leave a note or add and take away stuff that's not "premium" items. ( example: I don't want "bacon" or "avocado" .. I DO want tomato and provolone, which is not listed as options) For whatever reason, you're not able to customize the sandwich like that. So I decided to call and see if I can give them a heads-up on the upcoming order. I love Jersey Mike's Philly cheese steaks bc I've always been able to get them with lettuce, tom, mayo, and cheese. I don't want onions or peppers or mushrooms. And that's ok, BC I'm not from Philly!! (fight me Philadelphians!! ...but don't bc ya'll can fight fr..) that said, THEY DID NOT PUT ON THE TOMATOES AND CHEESE!! LOL! I got meat and mayonnaise ( which is exactly the thing I called about AND THEY ASSURED ME would be legit ) ... BUT I'm practicing positive reinforcement. So , Love the Service, Love the Product - just make sure you guys follow through!

I'm certain the Goof Troop is running things here. Store was sticky and mangy looking. The two "boys" working there have off "first real job" energy. Rather disorganized. Just an all around clusterfuck. I was told the only onions they had were out. So management is too stupid to know about making sure you don't run out of stuff. There's no onion shortage BTW. This location used to be ok. I guess all of the staff that had a brain went to work elsewhere. There were no brains to be found at this location on 6/11/2023 at 7:00pm. You dummies know who you are. Maybe AI isn't so bad. I'm starting to not care if places go out of business or their business suffers.
