The gentleman that served my coworkers and I is a true gem he is very polite and professional. I enjoyed the atmosphere and seating availability as well as the availability of charging ports while enjoying our coffee and pastries. My team organizer got the Rose Latte and loved the taste. I got a latte and my coworker a pastry. They were all very delicious. They also care about the community and had ICE warning posters up in the front and help line information in the restroom....
Food is good. Annoyed that there is a difference in price between a cold drink vs the hot version of the same drink.
Staff is helpful but unfortunately there is only one staff member at the store at any given time, so the staff member is doing everything without any help.
Utensils, plates, cups, etc are very extremely flimsy. If you look at it wrong it would likely fall apart.
