This place has a new owner. It’s very friendly, the food is delicious,and the atmosphere is clean.😉
The pretzel were freshly baked and served, so they were warm and delicious. And each type came with a sauce, so it was nice to dip them in. There are two places where you can sit and eat. Inside and outside. Free parking too 😊❤️

The coffee and pastry are really good. However, I had a negative experience a few months ago. The young woman working as a cashier, who appeared to be Korean, seemed to treat customers differently based on their ethnicity. She was very polite and accommodating to Asian customers but appeared rude and dismissive toward Latino and Black customers. Because of this, I’ve decided to take my business to the other location on Wilshire Blvd.

I ordered the dalgona milk tea along with the hot pretzel, and it was just truly amazing! You can clearly taste the milk tea in the drink, and the dalgona pieces add to the sweetness which was amazing for me, as I have a big sweet tooth. The hot pretzel was able to balance the sweetness out for me which was amazing, the jalapeno adds the extra touch to it, and the way it tasted so fresh with the cheese stretching!! It was truly so amazing, and this place seems like such a nice place to study as well, as the ambience is very calm. Will be visiting again soon!

Stopped at this cafe for a quick lunch before shopping for groceries. The tortilla pizza was very good, flaky thin crust and lots of cheese, I asked them to add jalapeño as an extra to the pizza and they were really nice and made it for me. Plus the mango smoothie was well balanced, it was a drink and dessert for me.

Pretzel was so good tasted so fresh and rich in flavor. Blue iced drink was perfect hot day relief. Dont forget the Bingsu!! Beautiful. One down part was there was no A/C other than that. 10/10

I had my afternoon coffee here, and the service and coffee were both great! I noticed some negative reviews about this location recently, so I spoke with the owner, who just bought the cafe. I highly recommend this cute Tom N Toms, especially this location, because of the excellent service and the awesome new owner. The owner assured me that the previous employee is no longer here, so please ignore any old, racist comments.

Me and some friends decided to have lunch and get coffee, we were rudely interrupted by the cashier who came out yelling racist, slurs, and assaulted my female friend for a filming, her rude behavior. This was after we purchased coffee from there establishment. This was a clear act of racism and prejudice and it's unfortunate that I cannot upload the video on here but here are a few pictures so you can be aware of this lady and her nasty and vicious attitude.
