The coffee and pastry are really good. However, I had a negative experience a few months ago. The young woman working as a cashier, who appeared to be Korean, seemed to treat customers differently based on their ethnicity. She was very polite and accommodating to Asian customers but appeared rude and dismissive toward Latino and Black customers. Because of this, I’ve decided to take my business to the other location on Wilshire Blvd.

Top notch customer service !!!! Bella is always ❤ amazing shes the best .I always leave with a smile 😃. She always makes me feel at home. The pretzels omg they are the best 👌...worth the money !!...Bella always puts a smile on my face very heart warming shes so freaking 💕❤💕❤💕❤💕beautiful shes my crush 💕❤💕❤💕but on a serious note the customer service food drinks are perfectly made ..all the employees are amazing. New owners know how to treat...
