Poor staff and service. The ladies should be fighting with her husband at home and taking their anger out on customers

I went in yesterday for Mother’s Day hoping to buy a cake from this place however one of the ladies that was working there told me that there was no cake available. I would have been okay but a Asian couple came at the same time as me and they had not pre order a cake but the woman sold them one and when I asked again if there was no cake available she said “everything sold.” I left quick after that didn’t feel welcomed. Won’t be back
Good pastel de natas and macarons! Also bought a mango cake for a friends birthday and it was a hit!!

Paid for my bread and got a fake quarter. Returned it for a real one and cashier put it right back into the register. LOL. Stay away

Today I had a quick visit to Tous Les Ours Bakery in Little Tokyo, and it was a delight! The pastries were beautifully made, and the flavors were rich yet delicate. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it even better. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Horrible experience at this location. Called for a specific cake and size and confirmed 3 times prior to taking my 1.5 hour journey. They lady that answered was informed about our request, and we verified since I was going to be driving more than an hour and half. Once I got there the lady was quick to say no, it's your mistake. You need to special order the cake. Left very disappointed and I will never return. She's was also quick to block my phone number before I even turned the corner. I thought about placing a order after all her errors but that was the last straw. I would advise you all to get your desserts from somewhere else, perhaps the location in Northridge.

Got an Americano and a few baked goods. I really like the vibe of the location and it’s super close to the central little Tokyo area.

Bomb blueberry yogurt cake and the cheesecake was great! Definitely a different texture than traditional American style. Also the coffee and teas are soooo good!

My favorite gem in DTLA. Everything here is top tier, from the layout, the design, the beautifully crafted pastries and etc. Everything here is done with love and care. I love this place, the owners/ pastry chefs are amazing. They are always helpful and very sweet, they treat you as family or a close friend of the family. Of course everything there is amazing, they make the best version of whatever they choose to make .Just pick what you like! Also get a tray when you go in and pick what you like don’t grab frm the display. I remember when someone came in for a door dash order and cut me. lol I was surprised, the owner came and spoke to her so sweet and let her know I was there first. She wasn’t mean at all just did what was right, and with class and grace. She’s a sweetheart, I always love going to this Bakery. You won’t be disappointed at all, top tier!

Since I’ve discovered jours de tours I’ve never had a bad experience or encountered rude atmosphere then again hi how are you is always nice to be polite to others I’ve seen many go in demanding were this is at or that’s expensive I can get a cake cheaper elsewhere I’ve gone to the most luxurious cakes spent hundreds and the employees were rude rushing me and asking what I’m looking for yes they made the cake I wanted but the flavors weren’t executed there demand as if your going to run of when there’s no cake I find weird that’s rude customer service for a wedding cake anyways back to jours since I’ve been coming here I’ve gotten for my birthday my moms my sister put a order of there blueberry yogurt cake 2 tier cake there price is really good no more than $200 bucks and it was beautiful the taste is flavorful soft not greasy heavy flavorful all flavors taste fresh not artificial for the comments saying that it’s expensive for a small piece of cake after bites it’s good that should determine that it’s good that’s why there’s options get a bigger cake I feel reviews don’t justify or make sense I have no issues with this location I’ve still would have to visit the other locations to see if all cakes are wonderful do I recommend yes be nice ? and you’ll get good feedback your rude well you leave bad vibes

This bakery has some great items. I’ve had a few lattes and they were okay. My favorite item is the Salt and Butter Roll. The other items I’ve tried and enjoyed are: Buttercream Bread, Mango Cloud Cake, Peach Cloud Cake, Blueberry Cloud Cake, Peach Cream Cake, Orange and Cream Cake, various macrons, Guava Danish and Feta & Spinach Danish. Their prices are pretty competitive especially the drinks and pastries.
Parking: During lunch time, parking can become a little difficult due to the surrounding restaurants. However during the morning 8-11, parking is good.
Kid-friendliness: It’s located in DTLA so it comes with the interesting atmosphere. The bakery itself seems to be kid friendly. Not sure on the neighborhood.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is technically accessible via wheelchair but it won’t be the easiest to get to.
