I recently spent the day at the Roosevelt Pool and the service was absolutely amazing. I started at the bar with a bartender named Craig, who was outstanding. He was so professional and made the best cocktails ever. He made my time there so enjoyable. My server was Shonda, and she was beautiful, kind, and incredibly attentive. This poolside restaurant is so great. We ate there a few times and also had breakfast by the pool. I had the açai bowl with potatoes on the side, which was such a good combo. We also got the margarita pizza, chips and guac, and of course a margarita. Everything was really delicious. The service was incredibly slow, but we didn’t mind since we were relaxing in the sun.
Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to let Abigail, the manager, know how exceptional Magen and Michael was from the start of their shift till I took off at 1pm. She got busy and I get it. I enjoyed my overnight stay here and woke up to a great service and vibes! I just wanted to make it know that they did a great job!
